TERMS AND CONDITIONS : 1. The Books placed order with specific titles with name of the author must and should only supplied. Change of titles will not be accepted at any cost. 2. The receipt of the orders may be acknowledged 3. The Supply will be made within (30) thirty days from the date of receipt of this order. 4. Deduction will be made from the bill towards the damage if any caused in transit. 5. Supply will not be accepted if found unsatisfactory. 6. In case there are no ready stock available a letter to that effect may be send soon after receipt of the purchase order. 7. As per the terms and conditions, if the suppliers are not received with stipulated period of 30 days orders may be treated as cancel. 8. If the material supplied are of substandard quality and any deviation is notified specification are found the item will be rejected and replacement to be made by your firms your own cost. 9. Self-declaration stating the firm is not black listed with any Government / Quasi. Government Organizations and will not supply Refurbished Equipment. 6. E.M.D Amount Rs.10,000/- (To be submit by D.D. In favour of The Director, RIMS, Adilabad) 8. Sale Tax Clearance Certificate for the previous 3 Accounting Year i.e., & & VAT Registration Certificate issued By Dept. of Commercial tax
