Be sure to read entry services policies carefully, especially the closing deadlines for online entries. For Fax (435) and Entries Fax and Entries are accepted. BOTH SIDES OF THE ENTRY FORM MUST BE FAXED/SCANNED. Directions to the Show Site From both Northbound and Southbound Interstate 15, take the South Exit. Head west on South and continue to 2200 West. You will see the Equestrian Park off to your right. Continue to the entrance and then follow the signs to the parking for the Dog Shows, NO Adult Dogs or Puppies are to be sold within the show site. Only dogs that are entered in the show are allowed within the show limits. On Wednesday The Bulldog Club of Utah will serve Complimentary Continental Breakfast before the Show GROOMING SPACE By Reservation Only - Space Is Limited. Space is 10 ft x 10 ft - Some power available. Power is shared & is only for grooming equipment NO HEATERS, COFFEE POTS, ETC. 4 More Important Information ADDITIONAL RULES If, because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the club and committee, it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fees will be made. A recording fee of 50 cents and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 will be required for each dog entered at any licensed or member club show. These fees are to be collected by the show giving club and paid to the AKC. If a dog is entered in more than one class at these events, the AKC Recording Fee is to be collected on the first entry only and the AKC Event Service Fee is to be collected on each of the entries of that dog. (AKC Rules, Chapter 11, Sec. 2). (There is NO Recording Fee of Event Service Fee for Sweepstakes or Special Attractions). Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Secretary will add a collection fee to each returned check. No unentered dogs or puppies will be allowed inside the show limits. Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. During the hours of judging owners are to be on call and have their dogs ready to bring into the judging ring promptly, in order that the judging will not be delayed. The Club and its Show Secretary will not be responsible and are not obliged to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of breed or class judging. The Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. A dog which, according to its owners records, has completed the requirements for a Championship after the closing of entries for the show, but whose Championship is unconfirmed, may be transferred from one of the regular classes to the Best of Breed competition, provided this transfer is made by the Show Secretary at least one half hour prior to the start of any regular conformation judging at the show. The club will not be responsible for the loss of, or damage to any dog exhibited, whether the results of accident or other causes. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this show is in the care, custody, and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. The club will not be responsible for injury to any person attending this show. The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Trophies and prizes must be claimed the day of the show. None will be mailed. Dogs allowed in rings during judging only. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS American Kennel Club Rules & Regulations will govern these events and exhibitors must make themselves familiar with the agreement of the American Kennel Club, referred to on the reverse side of the entry blanks that accompany this Premium List. CORRECTION OR CHANGES TO ENTRIES: The specific changes listed in Ch. 11 Sec. 6 (ie: sex of a dog, transfers between age specific classes and move ups to BOB) or the Dog Show Rules are the only changes to the entries the event secretary is authorized to make after closing of entries. This rule is strictly enforced by the American Kennel Club. Please check your entries carefully. Corrections to entries may be made by the event secretary prior to the closing of entries if such correction is submitted in writing. Exhibitors are required to report any change/correction after closing directly to the American Kennel Club. NOTICE TO ALL EXHIBITORS: Rules Applying to Dog Shows, Effective Jan. 1, CHAPTER 11, SECTION 1: No dog shall be exhibited in a licensed or member dog show, except for dogs entered in the Miscellaneous Class unless it is either individually registered in the AKC Stud Book, or individually registered with a foreign registry organization whose pedigrees are acceptable for AKC registration. The person handling the dog in this class must be a breeder of record and an owner of record of this dog. In any subsequent classes for which the dog from the Bred-By Exhibitor class becomes eligible, there are no restrictions as to who may handle. Classes will be divided by age and sex and all classes exclude Champions. The dog may be shown by handler, agent, or owner. Each dog or bitch MUST be entered in a Regular Class at this show. Entry fee is $25 for each dog; each event and entries shall be made at the same time and on the same entry form as for the Regular Classes. Indicate Sweepstakes and the age division in the space provided for Additional Classes. Sweepstakes wins carry no AKC championship points.
