7 Regular Classes $30 Sweepstakes $20 Veteran Classes FREE ENTRY INFORMATION Conformation Entry Fees Per Event (includes AKC recording/event service fees) Sweepstakes entries must also be entered in a regular class. All entries must be submitted to the show secretary and all entry fees paid by the deadline, 12:00 pm CST on January 23, ENTRY RULES All entries must be on official AKC entry forms. Entries will be returned if they are illegible, incomplete, are submitted with incorrect fees or are photocopied without the reverse side instructions and agreement included. Telephone and/or verbal entries will not be ACCEPTED. Entries must be received by 12:00 PM CST on January 23, After which no entries will be accepted, cancelled, altered or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Dog Show Rules. Make checks payable to Bulldog Club of Texas PayPal ( if you wish to pay using PayPal please read this section very carefully. Please send the total amount (including multiple entries) to Tammy Evans, Show Chairman. I have agreed to allow BCT to use my personal PayPal address skyymuffin@gmail.com (this is the only address PayPal payments can be sent to). Please select Friends & Family on PayPal to avoid the PayPal transaction fee. Make sure that you include your address on the entries so we can link your payment. Lastly your entry to the Show Secretary at the address on the cover of the Premium List.

8 Returned Checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Secretary will add a collection fee to each returned check. Fees for returned checks must be paid in guaranteed funds. Checks will not be accepted. Entry fee will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or judge or barred from competition by action of the show committee. Entries with addresses will be acknowledged with an receipt. Confirmations and judging schedules will be ed after closing. If you want a hard copy confirmation mailed, please note this on your entry instead of supplying an address. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure receipt of the confirmation information. The exhibitor is responsible for calculating the appropriate amount and including it with the submission. Payment will be accepted by US money order, check or PayPal. TROPHY DONATIONS Reservations are taken upon receipt of donation. However, each class is reserved on a first-come first-served basis if the class you desire is taken your donation will be used to offset trophy costs for other classes and acknowledged in the catalog. In order for your name to appear in the catalog with the class of your sponsorship, your donation must be received by January 23, 2019 at show closing. Open to champions and non Champions. Entries need not be entered in another class. Dogs and Bitches will be judged separately. First place winners of the Veteran Dog Class and Veteran Bitch Class will compete for Best Veteran Note Chapter 11 Section 8 of the AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows provides that neutered dogs and spayed females are allowed to compete in Veteran Classes at Independent specialty shows. 10 BRED-BY-EXHIBITOR CLASS ELIGIBILITY All dogs entered in the Bred-By Exhibitor Class must be individually registered with the AKC. The person handling the dog must be a breeder of record of the dog and an owner of record of the dog. To exhibit in this class, family members must be a breeder and owner of record. SWEEPSTAKES Sweepstakes Saturday Morning Show only Sweepstakes is open to all Bulldogs who are at least 6 months old and under 18 months old. Entries must also be entered in one of the regular classes. No champions of record. Professional handlers may show their own dogs ONLY. Indicate your Sweepstakes class with the appropriate age division in the space for Additional Classes. 40% of the money received for entries will be retained by the club. The balance will be divided as follows: First in class, 20% of class entry; Second in class, 15% of class entry; Third in class, 10% of class entry; Fourth in class, 5% of class entry; Best in Sweepstakes, 5% of Total; Best of Opposite Sex, 5% of total. SWEEPSTAKES CLASSIFICATIONS The following classes are offered for both dogs and bitches Puppy 6 months & under 9 months Puppy 9 months & under 12 months Junior 12 months & under 18 months Winners of these classes will compete for Best in Sweepstakes and Best of Opposite Sex to Best in Sweepstakes.

14 ATTENTION EXHIBITORS Closing date for these shows will be at 12:00 pm CST, Wednesday, January 23, 2019; after which entries cannot be accepted, cancelled, altered, or substituted. The show site will be available to exhibitors at 6:00 pm on Friday. Space will not be provided for un-entered dogs. A Recording Fee of 50 cents and Event Service Fee of $3.00 will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show or Obedience Trial. These Fees are to be collected by the show giving Club and paid to the AKC. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Fees are to be collected on the first entry only. (AKC rule, Chapter ll, Section2) There will be no refund for duplicate entries. Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs allow in rings during judging only. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the show giving club nor any of its members will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring. Refund of fees - No entry fees will be refunded if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or the Superintendent. The show giving Club, their agents, employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assume no responsibility for injury to children. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Entries will not be accepted without fees, signatures or the Agreement on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form.
