The meeting start at 10 AM. The Coordinator welcomed and thanks the present delegates. the Coordinator deplore that certain kennel club make a proposal concerning Mondioring to the Utility dogs commission of the FCI without consultation or information to their own official delegate Mondioring in the SMUDC/FCI. 2. Start the agenda with the approbation of the last minutes of the 19 e meeting SMUDC/FCI of 28 September 2016 Herve Belgium. The presentation of the minutes by the Secretary are reading in English, French and German. There is one remark about point 17 : The implementation of a commission Mondioring regardless of the UDCFCI, the delegate of Sweden M. Svensson ask to note the abstention of their vote. The minutes are adapted and accepted unanimously. 3. The World Championship and Grand Prix Herve Belgium 2016 happened without incidents injuries of the decoy s and the dog s. The coordinator thanks all the competitors for their exemplary comportment during this world championship. The coordinator thanks the judges and the decoy s for their exemplary performance and that at all the levels. The International selection for decoy s happened without incidents under the responsibility of M. Bernard Roser.

2 4. Presentation of the G.P. and World championship FCI Mondioring 2017 by M. Ricardo Salazar. The G.P. and World championship FCI will take place at Gorliz Spain under the aegis of the Real Sociedad Canina of Spain. At 5PM there is a visit planned with all the present members of the meeting to the place and the fields of the G.P and the World championship Mondioring FCI Following the communication about the formation for judges Mondioring from countries where the NCO have not adopted the discipline, communication who was transmitted by M. Frans Jansen president of the UDCFCI and published in the minutes of the 18 meeting of the SMUDCFCI : Formation of judges Mondioring from the countries where they don t recognize the discipline by the president of the CUFCI: If under the responsibility of a Kennel club FCI, a formation for Mondioring judges is organized it s because the Mondioring is not (yet) recognized in his the country of the candidate judge, the person who is formed obtain the title of judge and is submitted under the current rules of the county where he did the formation and under the responsibility of the Kennel club mentioned above. The judge don t became judge of his own country and can make function as judge of his own country This judge is submitted at all the dispositions and current requirements of the FCI rules and the rules of the country where he had the formation and certification. By this and after a period of 3 years, a qualified judge is submit under the rules FCI if a judge has his residence in a foreign country during 3 years this judge can no longer make function as judge of his original country. Who means that after a period of 3 years his own country (normal residence) don t recognize at this moment the discipline the judge can no longer make function as Mondioring judge. Frans Jansen President of the UC/FCI Question from Switzerland by their delegate M. Stéphane Huber : «When starts the period of the 3 years»? The meeting agrees to apply as starting date , following this decision the concerning judges have the right to continue judging till date where they have to be en order with the FCI regulation concerning their residence. Or they have a residence in the country where they passed as judge, any way they have to be regularize and recognize by the official OCN of the country where they have their residence.the meeting advice that no farther formation will take place for judges with a other nationality and who don t have their residence in the country where the formation take place. 6. Request and Presentation by Russia for the organization of the G.P. and the World championship FCI M. Dimitri Senokosenko, present for the Kennel club of Russia gives a file with details from the place and all the accommodations for the event

Expected Schedule Wednesday 4 October PM : meeting of the Section Mondioring of the UDC /FCI. 6.30PM info meeting with delegates of the countries who didn t adopted the discipline yet. 7PM: reception of the judges, team leaders, ( draw for the first 4 candidates of level1 and 2 ) Thursday 5 October AM : veterinary control level 1 and 2 7 AM : dog in white level 1 (team leaders on the field) 7.30AM : starting Grand Prix level 1 12AM : dog in white level 2 (team leaders on the field) 1PM : Starting Grand Prix level 2

4 2 PM till 5PM veterinary control for the present dogs level3 7 PM : dog in white level 3 (team leaders on the field) followed by the draw of the first 4 dogs level 3 Friday 6 October level 3 : 7 AM: veterinary control for the level 3 dogs absent on Thursday 7.30AM 12 AM Starting the World Championship (complete program) 12.40AM 6PM World championship Saturday 7 October : 7.30AM 12AM 12.40AM 6PM World championship 8PM Gala dinner Sunday 8 October : 7.30AM 12AM 12.40AM 4PM World championship 4PM 4.45PM Spectacle 5PM Ceremony and parade and distribution of prizes Final date for the inscriptions of the teams Monday 21 august Final date for the inscriptions on name of the candidates by their own OCN Monday 4 September The Security of the dog and the decoy s. The protection suit of the decoys G.P. and W.C. and the participants of the international selection will be controlled by the responsible of the international selection Mr. Stéphane Huber and the supervisor Mr. Valeer Linclau a rapport of the control will be established by the responsible. We remind the decisions of the meeting in Fubine (Italy) 2008: The protective suit : It must effectively protect the decoy, it must be flexible, allowed the decoy to make easy moves and to run with flexibility. The suit may not be ridiculous, it may not have the sleeves to wide, and it may not be to hard that it prevent the bite of the dog. It must allow to the dog a bite for at least 7 cm depth and at least, a thickness of the suit in the mouth of the dog of 3 à 5 cm. It s an interdiction for the decoy to change his suit during a test in function for one or other dog. 10. Worthy dress for judges during the World Cup 2017, a tie, for the ladies a scarf, the coordinator M. B. Roser give a scarf and tie to the members of the jury if they don t have one in their possession PM the delegate from Sweden Ms. Svensson and Mr. Limatta from Finland leave the meeting to be on time for their flight. Before leaving the secretary ask their opinion about the request from Russia for the organization They advice to take account with the file introduced by Russia for the organization The letters of accreditation made by the OCN, once more we insist that the OCN of the countries who accepted this discipline address the letters of accreditation to the Secretary with copy to the

5 Coordinator of the SMUDCFCI. A mail ad hoc has been send on by the Secretary of the SMUDCFCI to the OCN Portuguese,Clube Portugûes de Canicultura. The request was done by the Secretary SMUDCFCI following the mail he received from the Clube Português de canicultura on with the information that for this moment they don t have a official delegate PM visit with the members of the meeting to the site and the field of the Grand Prix and World Championship 2017 with the organizer M. Ricardo Salazar PM after inquire, the meeting decide to support and to accept the candidature from Russia for the organization of the Grand Prix and The world championship Mondioring FCI A second candidature was received, late and without a complete file. Candidature introduced by Poland in cooperation with the Czech Republic and Slovakia The coordinator will contact Poland with the proposal to introduce a complete file with the candidature to organize in The meeting is declared closed at 7.30PM.
