We have great RV facilities close to the show with electric, water, and sewer (weather permitting). RV hook ups at the Purina Event Center will be reserved in advance. Please submit your payment as soon as possible to the RV chair. You will receive by return mail a form to be placed in the front of your RV. The forms are color coded, have your assigned spot, and have listed the days for which you have paid. A map of the spots will also be enclosed with your location marked. When you pull in (regardless of the time) you will know exactly which spot to use. Please include the night you arrive (if during the night). 2 Reserved Grooming In an attempt to provide grooming facilities for all exhibitors in a fair manner we are offering Reserved Grooming. Limited free grooming will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Thursday, March 3, Each person may only reserve a maximum of 2 spaces. Please be considerate to other exhibitors and only reserve what you need. All sizes are approximate. Some spaces may be irregular due to walls & must be accepted as assigned. Your space will be identified by a card with your name. Grooming Space Rules Grooming space will be assigned in the order received. Reservations accepted by MAIL ONLY. If you want a space next to someone else you must send reservations together and request it. If the reserved grooming area is full, your request will be returned if time allows. We reserve the right to release any space not claimed by noon, Saturday, March 5, No exercise pens allowed in the building at any time. All crates must be stacked. No soft crates allowed. Any excessive use of space will be corrected by the Show Chairman. Please be considerate to your fellow exhibitors. All grooming inquiries and/or issues arising at the show site will be reviewed and resolved by the show chairman. Electricity will still be on a first-come, first served basis at no additional charge. We ask that you be considerate & share with your fellow exhibitors. Reservations open January 2, ANY RESERVATIONS RECEIVED BEFORE THIS DATE WILL BE RETURNED. RESERVATION DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 17, Attention Exhibitors The Show Site will be available for RV/CAMPER PARKING ONLY at $25.00 per day. SPACE WILL BE RESERVED. RV/camper parking in designated areas only and will be directed by grounds personnel. No hookups will be run inside building. Sewer and electric (30 amp and 50 amp) will be available through hook-ups in the Purina Event Center lot, but water may not be available if temperatures are not conducive. Preferred arrival time for RVs is Wednesday after 3 PM. See Section on RV/Camper Parking on Page 7 in Bell City Winter Classis Premium List. The building will be available to exhibitors from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Thursday, March 3, This is for set up ONLY. NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING ON THURSDAY EVENING. The building will be open at 6:00 am Friday, March 4, All doors will be locked at 10:00 pm on Friday & Saturday nights. Dogs may be left overnight on Friday March 4 and Saturday, March 5. There will be overnight security. Dogs must be removed from the show site immediately following Best in Show judging of the Belle-City Kennel Club, Inc. show on Sunday, March 6, NO SOFT CRATES, PRIVATE EXERCISE PENS, 3X3 PUPPY PENS OR MATS PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING. SCOOTERS ARE PERMITTED FOR HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS ONLY. CRATES MUST BE STACKED. The Show Committees reserve the right to limit the number of grooming tables because of space limitations. Grooming space WILL NOT be saved; it will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Grooming area will be monitored by the grounds committee. Any excessive use of space will be corrected by the Show Committee. Grooming space is a privilege that can be withdrawn from those who do not follow the rules, regulations and instructions of the Belle-City Kennel Club, Inc. All grooming inquires and/or issues arising at the show site will be reviewed and resolved by the show chairman. NO CONES PERMITTED INSIDE BUILDING OR OUTSIDE ON THE SHOW GROUNDS. If it is necessary to rescue a dog from a parked car on the show grounds, the clubs will not be responsible or liable for any damage to the car involved. No Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) in the Building. No un-entered dogs. No baby carriages or strollers permitted in the building. No catalogs will be given away. Gateway Vizsla club is providing reserved crating space for its competitors. No advertising or flyers may be placed without permission of the show-giving clubs and Purina Farms. The Combined Specialty Association of Greater St Louis does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the Official AKC entry form for these events. No Flexi-Leads Free Day Grooming Only one parking space per vehicle Ring Side crating in designated areas only Reserved parking areas/rv parking/loading & unloading areas, use by authorized vehicles only. Unauthorized vehicles left over 20 minutes will be towed at owner s expense. Crates may not be placed ringside until immediately before judging of the designated breed and must be removed from ringside immediately following judging of that designated breed.

The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e, age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his/her name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to the AKC. (For complete rules, refer to Chapter 11, Section 3.) 5. Mixed Breed dogs entering classes for Agility, Obedience, and Rally trials should mark Breed as All-American Dog/Mixed Breed. Sire and Dam information shall remain blank for mixed breed entrants.
