The veterinary control of each dog is before the 1 st round. The dogs which were excluded by veterinary can t start on this race. Dogs, younger than 2 years and older than 6 years, must be controlled by the veterinary surgeon before the 2 nd round too. (second vet check) Dog s owner must accept actual condition of his dog and he can only accordingly clog his dog. Consequently, the owner of a dog is always free to withdraw his dog from the lure coursing event. DOPE TESTING All kinds of doping are forbidden. Doping tests are according to the National lure coursing rules of Slovakia and FCI rules. TITLES CACIL, CACT CACIL can be awarded only this dog of FCI X. group, when together with registration for the event proof of a rating of at least Very good, acquired in an adult class at a CACIB show is provided. It is awarded to males and females separately. Beauty and Performance Winner of Slovakia 2018 This title can be awarded only this dog, when together with registration for the event proof of a rating acquired in an intermediate, open, working, champion or honour class at Nitradog Cup CACIB dog show on is provided. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION According to FCI rules for international lure coursing events. Each dog entered to this race must have a valid licence. All competitors must observe time table of coursing because of trouble free running of this event. The FCI judging system is used. DETAILS OF RUNS Selection of pairs of dogs for the first round is done by the random selection. In case of an uneven number of entries the organizers will try to find a companion dog, where possible, to avoid a solo run. In the second round, the dogs will be arranged upwardly by the score of the first round. JACKETS AND MUZZLE The dogs will run in pairs, one will run in a red, the other in a white jacket. Text, signs or other attributes are not allowed on the jackets. The use of a muzzle is compulsory for all breeds. Collars shall be removed before start. MISCONDUCT BY OWNERS OR HANDLERS The owners / handlers will take care of this: don t let the dog out of the leash, don t create property damage or material damage, eventually don t invade course of event. The owner / handler whose dog done some of these violations can be punished by financial penalty 25. The lure coursing director, jointly with the judges, is authorized to exclude and dismiss from the event venue anyone who does not abide by the orders of the officials who insults them or behaves improperly. RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER Neither the organizer, nor the officials are responsible for injuries incurred by the dog owners, the dogs or the officials. Likewise they accept no responsibility in case of escaped dogs. The owner of a dog is not responsible of his dog injures another dog during a race or course. In all other cases the dog owner has the full responsibility for the dog. PROTEST The protesting person must pay 100 to the organizer. If the protest is upheld the amount is paid back. The lure coursing director, jointly with the judges, is authorized to solve the protest. Organizer will write about protest and its s to Coursing s protocol which pass to Racing and Coursing Committee. Against judge s decision is not possible take protest. CHAMPION S TITLES Champion International de Course C.I.C. The dog must have earned at least 3x CACIL or 2x CACIL and 2x Res. CACIL in two different countries. The period between the first and last CACIL/Res. CACIL must be at least one year and one day. Slovak Coursing Champion The dog must have earned 3x CACT or 2x CACT and 3x Res. CACT, from that at least one CACT must have earned on international coursing under the patronage SKJ. The dog must have earned CACT/Res. CACT during at least two seasons. If there are less than 3 dogs entered of the same sex the title will be awarded for dogs and the bitches together.
