Entries for all stakes will close and bracing will take place at 7:30 a.m. local time. Dogs must be present on the grounds when entries close to be officially entered. Be sure you have all of the information you need to complete the entry forms. Entry forms are attached and will also be available at the trial. Entry Fees: $23.00 per dog per stake entered. The Western PA Dachshund Club offers rosettes & prizes presented for placements both days. This club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the official AKC entry form for this event. 3 Awesome Raffle The WPDC will be conducting a raffle, coordinated by Jamie Bonser, which will be held Saturday after awards. Donations are always welcome! Meals Saturday and Sunday meals will be prepared by the Tri-County Beagle Club. Breakfast - $6.00 Lunch - $8.00 Saturday dinner will be prepared by the Tri-County Beagle Club. Saturday dinner - $12.00 Meal Reservations: Please RVSP to Cindy Yeager at cayeager@cayeager.com or (814) **Dinner will be available Friday evening for those arriving on Friday, donated by committee members. ** There is limited RV and camping available. Limited 15 amp electrical hookups. Committee members and judges will have first priority in the assigned spaces. All other camper parking spaces will be allocated in order of reservations received and not arrival at the grounds. Fee is $10 per night, payable to Tri-County Beagle Club. Many other area hotels may be sold out, and those listed below in the Altoona area may have rooms available at higher rates. The Johnstown area hotels are approximately 30 minutes from the field. The hotels listed below are supposedly pet friendly. It is your responsibility to check with individual hotels regarding their pet policies.
