Dress appropriately. It is advisable to have help running your dogs in case of conflicts. These grounds will not be open for practice. There will be a $30 fee for any rabbit killed under any circumstances on the grounds. Payable same day by the owner or handler of the dog responsible to the Tri County Beagle club by cash or check. Directions to: 425 Dutch Road, Carrolltown, PA From US-22W toward Loretto, Turn onto N Center St/US -219 Business North, Continue to follow US-219 Business North. US 219 Business North becomes Plank Road, turn right onto Dutch Road. Address is on your right. Meals for Saturday and Sunday: Breakfast and lunch will be prepared each day by members of the Tri County Beagle Club. Breakfast: Eggs, sausage, toast, juice and coffee. Lunch: -Prepared by the Beagle Club members. Please send meal reservations to Gail Binder at GEB3679@rit.edu. by Monday, Sept. 10. We would appreciate it if the judges would also send their meal reservations. Friday evening there will be a light supper provided by the Albany and Buffalo clubs. Come join us for a relaxing pre field trial evening. Saturday evening will be a pizza party hosted by the Albany and Buffalo clubs. Please sign up on Saturday if interested. Cost will be $5.00 Raffle A raffle will be held over the weekend. Proceeds will benefit both the Dachshund Club of Greater Buffalo and the Albany Capital District Dachshund Club. Limited 15 amp electrical hookups available. There are beds or sofas available in the clubhouse for anyone who would like to use them. The hookups and beds/sofas will be allocated based on the order of reservation received not arrival at the Tri County grounds. Please contact Sandy Horskin to make reservations for RVs, camping and sleeping arrangements in the clubhouse.. Club house does have one shower. No one will be allowed to set up before 2 PM, Sept 14, If you arrive early, wait outside the grounds until Sandy is there to direct you. Running Order of the Trial The OAAD and OAAB classes will be run consecutively or concurrently followed by the Combined Field Champion stake. Winners of the Open All Age Stakes will run for Best Open. This will be followed by Best of Open versus the winner of the Field Champion stake for Absolute. The committee reserves the right to adjust the running order to best facilitate the running of the Field Trial. This club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the official AKC entry form for this event.
