Please make checks payable to GGDC (Saturday), NCDC (Sunday). Park ONLY on the pavement. Motor home for $10 per night (no electric/water) and excess vehicle parking is in the last parking area before you get to the group campground gate. You will pay the clubs for RV parking. The parking area will be cordoned off for identification and our use. No dog may be off leash except under the supervision of the judges during the field trial. RUNNING ORDER All entered dachshunds must be present on the Field Trial grounds at the time entries close to be officially entered. Late entries will not be accepted. All stakes will close at 7:30 am. Drawing of braces will take place at the above listed grounds, and the trial will run at this location on the above listed dates. Absolute will follow the completion of all other stakes. Order of running: GGDC Saturday, January 19, 2019 OAAD, OAAB, FC, Absolute NCDC Sunday, January 20, 2019 OAAB, OAAD, FC, Absolute GGDC and NCDC- Winners of the Open All Age Stakes, if eligible, will run after the FC class. Absolute will be run in braces. No additional entry fee required. NO DOGS ARE TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN X-PENS

4 HOSPITALITY/POT LUCK The Clubs will provide coffee and breakfast items in the morning. There will be a potluck both days. Please bring something to share. A few trialers will have motor homes parked at the site during the day and you can ask the owners if your cold items can be kept in their refrigerators. Entrance is on the south end of the Area; drive through the park following signs to the Group Campground (at the north end of the park). Drive through a gate at the very end of the park to reach the Group Campground. PRIZES Golden Gate and Northern California Dachshund Clubs offer Rosettes for all placed dogs and NBQ in the following stakes: Open All Age Dogs, Open All- Age Bitch, or Open All-Age Combined, and Field Champions. A Rosette to the Absolute winner additionally is offered. The Dachshund Club of America, Inc. (Sheila Parish, Trophy Chairperson), offers in recognition of the January 19, 2019, and the January 20, 2019, GGDC & NCDC Field Trials, open to all Dachshunds for outright award, its trophies as follows: 12 to 19 starters Sunburst Medallion 20 to 83 starters 5 Bronze Plaque for Absolute Winner 84 or more starters 8 Bronze Plaque for Absolute Winner. The Dachshund Club Of America, Inc., further offers to the winner of the Open All Age Dog Stake and/or Open All Age Bitch Stake and/or Combined (Field Champion) Stake its Sunburst Medallion when entries in that stake are 12 or more. To do so is against State Park rules and jeopardizes use of these grounds. Anyone found to be doing this will be suspended from entering GGDC and NCDC field trials for a period of one year.

I (we) waive any and all claims causes of action, I (we) might otherwise have against the AKC and any AKC approved judge, judging at this trial under AKC Rules, Regulations and Guidelines. I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem to be sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold this club, its members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or trial secretary and owner or lessor of the premises and any employees of the aforementioned parties, harmless from and claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the field trial/test premises or grounds or near any entrance thererto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim to the dog, whether such loss, disappearance, theft, damage or injury, be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the club or any of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or causes. Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting there from, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves) or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this field trial, howsoever such injuries, death or damage to property may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents or any other entry, exhibition or attendance at the event between the AKC and myself (ourselves) or as to the construction, interpretation and effect of the Agreement shall be settled by arbitration pursuant to the applicable rules of American Arbitration Association.
