Every step you take walking down the narrow winding roads, there will be a piece of historical treasure waiting to be discovered or an enchanting story waiting to be told. Melaka is undoubtly the wealthiest when it comes to history, culture and cuisine. Melaka albeit the second smallest state in Malaysia will be the venue for the 5 th Malaysian Nash Hash 2004 which is scheduled to commence from Friday, 17 th September 2004 to Sunday, 19 th September The organisation are proceeding smoothly and the Organisers are at present negotiating with hotels, watering holes, food outlets and many others for the best deals for the participants of 5 th Malaysian Nash Hash You shall be kept posted of any developments. 6 Hello fellow hashers, Time to get out your camping gear.nenasi beckons yet again!!! We are planning for the majority to be there from Thursday, August 28 till Monday, Sept 1. The 7 th Nenasi No knickers Hash run will be on Sunday, August 31 at 4:30pm. If you are not camping with us or plan to arrive just in time for the run, please make sure you are at the Campsite by 4:00pm.do not miss the knickers check!!! For those of you who have experienced Nenasi, there s no need for me to extol the virtues of the place or the trip However, if you have never been to Nenasi, what I can say is.. you should try it! Never heard of Nenasi No knickers Hash House Harriers, Harriettes and Horrors (N3H5)??? well, we are a Truly Different Hash. We camp and run only TWICE a year on the East Coast beach about 86 kilometres south of Kuantan once during the Chinese New Year period and the other during the Merdeka period. For a Truly Different hashing experience, come along bring your family and friends!!! FAQs about Nenasi and the N3H Do we really run without knickers? Of course! That s one of the two unique things about N3H5.no knickers and the camping! 2. Where and what is Nenasi? Nenasi is a beautiful, secluded beach on the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It is located approximately halfway between Kuantan in the north and Rompin in the south. From KL, it takes approximately 4.5 hours to get to by car. 3. What do I do there? You can laze around, enjoy the breeze, eat when you feel like it, drink ice-cold grog like there s no tomorrow for there s no need to drive home, sleep when sleep hits you Basically you have a BREAK from routine! 4. What do I need? Transportation (no need for any four-wheel drives), Camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, cooking equipment), Own food and drinks for the duration of camp, Anything else that you think you d need for a comfortable stay (nothing electrical!) 5. I have never been camping before will I survive? Sure! Men have survived without their computers, women their hair-dryers and children their TVs and Sony Playstations for days!!! Furthermore, fresh water and ice are easily obtainable. And, if you don t feel like cooking, you can even drive out for a meal 6. How do I sign-up? Places are only limited by available space on the beach, which runs for kilometres! However, please do let us know if you are coming so that we can prepare enough Tequila and freebies (if any).
