3 Sunday, December 3, 2017 Welcome to your first day in relaxing Punta Cana! 8:00AM 3:30PM ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN All guests will be provided transportation from the airport. Upon arrival into Punta Cana, please proceed to immigrations, then to baggage claim and to customs. Please have your completed immigration form and tourist card handy, we have included the form, tourist card and directions in your packet. Once through customs look for our Hachik sign as you exit the building. Amstar Representatives will assist you with your luggage and take you to Secrets Cap Cana. Transfer time to the hotel is approximately 20 minutes. Upon arrive at the hotel, please proceed to the Hachik Hospitality Desk and a credit card imprint will be taken at this time, allowing you to charge incidentals to your room. For your convenience, your luggage will be delivered to your room as quickly as possible. Schedule of Events Don t forget to pick up your Welcome Bag! The rest of the day is on your own. Please visit the hospitality desk to sign up for one of many activities. Plan a day of snorkeling and scuba diving. Play beach volleyball or enjoy a swim in the crystalline Caribbean waters or the infinity pools. 6:30PM MYSTERY DINE-A-ROUND A great vacation is about great people, great food and great surroundings and no one does it better than Hachik. There will be a brief presentation before our meeting begins. Hachik VIP Vendors will be there to give you the latest information on new products for Remember this is your chance to ask questions. 8 For Your Information The following hints will help to make your stay more enjoyable in Cap Cana, Punta Cana! Airline Tickets Hachik has provided you with round-trip airline tickets and a copy of your airline schedule to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It is always a good idea to call the airlines and reconfirm your flight prior to departing for the airport or check online. You must check-in at the Airline Counter at least 2½ 3 hours prior to departure and curbside check-in of luggage is not allowed. Your return flights will be reconfirmed for you in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Attire For the flight to Dominican Republic; remember to dress in layers that can be removed as we approach the warmer weather. Dress is casual at the resort during the day: shorts, shirts, sandals, golf and tennis attire is just fine. When walking through the hotel, guests should wear a beach cover-up over swimwear. No bare feet please. The attire for evening functions is casual to casual elegance. Women can wear dressy slacks, sundresses, skirts and tops. Men can wear collared shirts and slacks. The business meeting Tuesday morning will be business casual. Although the days are hot and sunny, it is a good idea to pack a sweater for breezier evenings and air-conditioned locations. Check-In & Check-Out Hotel check-in is at 3:00pm. Hotel check-out is at noon. Climate Dominican Republic has an average December temperature of a sunny high of 86 and low of 73 degrees. The sun can be strong, so wear plenty of sun block, sunglasses, and a hat as much as possible. Credit Cards Almost all shops and restaurants in Punta Cana accept major credit cards.

9 Currency Punta Cana currency is the DOP, the Dominican Peso, although US dollars are accepted at most tourist destinations. Electricity Electric current, 110/120v AC Identical to the U.S. Expenses You are the special guest of Hachik and your vacation includes round-trip airline tickets, ground transportation, baggage handling, hotel accommodations for 5 days/4 nights, all scheduled group activities listed in the itinerary, as well as hotel taxes and gratuities. The hotel will maintain a personal account for each guest to cover any incidental charges that are not included in the Hachik VIP Gold program, such as laundry, phone calls, spa services etc. For Your Information Please review your personal account the evening before departure and settle your charges with the front desk when you check out of the hotel. Gratuities Gratuities are included. However, please feel free to tip additionally for exceptional service. Hospitality Desk The Hachik Hospitality Desk will be located in the Lobby area of the resort. Please stop by with any questions you may have. The hospitality desk will be open Monday to Wednesday from 9 am - 4:30 pm. Secrets Cap Cana offers a wide variety of beach, land and water activities throughout the day including Kayaks, Snorkeling, Sailing, Windsurfing, Water Aerobics, Basketball, Dance Lessons, Bowling, Pool Tables, Beach and Volleyball, Tennis, Archery and Scuba Diving. 10 For Your Information Hotel Services All guest rooms include a king-size or two double beds, shower, coffee/ tea maker, 24-hr room service, Electronic safety deposit box, Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi internet access (additional charges may apply), mini-bar refreshed daily with beer, soft drinks and bottled water, Direct dial telephone, Ceiling fan, Radio alarm clock, Hair dryer, bathrobes & slippers and turndown service. All Suites are non-smoking. Immigration and Customs Information All passengers must have a valid US Passport that will not expire for 6 months from your date of return. Each passport must have a minimum of four (4) blank pages. Language The official language in the Dominican Republic is Spanish. Most people involved in tourism understand and speak English, and some speak other major tourism related languages, such as German and French. Laundry Although laundry is not offered as part of your package, the hotel provides a full service laundry/dry-cleaning establishment. Luggage Allowance Please check with your airline carrier for detailed carry-on and checked baggage regulations. Golf clubs and other sporting equipment my be charged an additional fee. Place Hachik VIP luggage tags on all pieces of luggage before leaving home. Excess baggage is subject to additional cost. Baggage fees are the responsibility of each passenger. Make sure that the airline checks your bags straight through to your final destination, Punta Cana, and vice versa for your voyage home.

She will be available to arrange activities such as Punta Cana shopping tours, golf, snorkeling, catamaran sailing, parasailing, water skiing, windsurfing and other adventures. Payment of all individual tours and excursions are the responsibility of the individual. Valuables Hachik Distributors and the Secrets Cap Cana will not be responsible for any cash or valuables left in the room. Therefore, we suggest you use the hotel safe-deposit box or the safe located in your room.
