LICENSED Location: Kick Back Ranch Long Valley Road, Penn Valley, CA Tests are open to all A.K.C. registerable pointing breeds that are at least 6 months of age. Tests are held under the Rules and Procedures of the American Kennel Club. Entries are limited to the number of dogs that can be run between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and sunset each day. Entries will close when the limits are reached, even if that occurs prior to the specified closing date printed. Tracking Collars MAY be used in any test Bitches in season may NOT compete in any test. 5 Release of Liability I, (please print), accept all risk of personal injury (including death) and property damage to myself, my dog, livestock and/or any horse(s) when on the property in Penn Valley owned by Wayne and Wendy Ricciardi. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless for any and all physical, emotional or financial liability relative to the use of said property. All gates must be left in the manner they were found (open/closed). All personal debris and belongings must be removed after every use. Failure to do so will be grounds for revoking access permission. Permission to use ranch equipment (ATVs, tractor, etc.) on the property is not granted.
