This location is very small and seating is limited.

3 EARTHDOG PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT On the property of Laurel Whistance-Smith, Laurel Whistance-Smith, Sue Godbehere, Robert and Debbie Mahon, the test judges and the North American Mixed Breed Registry of Ontario can accept no responsibility whatsoever for the conduct of other dogs, or their owners or other factors beyond their control. Accordingly, as a condition of participation in our earthdog events and for the entry to be accepted, you will be required to sign a waiver and indemnity releasing Laurel Whistance-Smith, Sue Godbehere, Robert and Debbie Mahon, the test judges and the North American Mixed Breed Registry from any liability whatsoever in respect of any damage or injury which you, your dog or your possessions may suffer. WAIVER AND INDEMNITY I,, realize and hereby acknowledge that Laurel Whistance-Smith, Sue Godbehere, Robert Mahon, Debbie Mahon, Pamela Burns, Trudy Kawami and the North American Mixed Breed Registry can accept no responsibility whatsoever for the conduct or actions of other persons or their dogs, who may be participating in Earthdog events, or other factors beyond their control. 4 General Information Only those dogs registered with NAMBR (mixed and purebred) REGISTERED WITH NAMBR PRIOR TO THE CLOSING DATE of this test may be entered. Bitches in season are not permitted to complete the test. Where a bitch comes into season after the entry of the bitch has been submitted, a veterinarian s certificate, certifying the bitch was in season within the ten day period preceding the test must reach the Test Secretary on or before the date of the test, whereupon the entry fee will be refunded. Entries will not be accepted unless accompanied by the appropriate fees. No post-dated cheques will be accepted. NSF cheques are subject to a $50 charge. Telephone, fax, or credit card entries will not be accepted. If you are sending your entry by courier, make sure a signature is not required as there is no one home during the day to sign for it. The host will use all reasonable care to ensure safety of dogs and handlers participating in the test, but will not be responsible for loss or injury to any dog, exhibitor or spectator. The Trial Secretary will have entire charge and control of the test. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and under control. No flexi-leads permitted on the site. Please clean up after your dog. A listing fee of $2.00 per entry will apply for all NAMBR registered POD (Pure-bred Obedience Dog) entries. Listing fees are required to be remitted directly to the trial secretary along with the applicable entry fee. Test and Location Information Catalogue will be provided on date of the test. Advance entries will be acknowledged via . Test will be held rain or shine. Introduction to Quarry will start at 9:30am, with Junior Earthdog following at approximately 10:30am, Senior Earthdog at approximately 11:30am and Master Earthdog at approximately 12:30, or after lunch. Times are estimates only and may change depending on number of entries received. Refreshments will not be available so bring your (and your dog s) own food and water. It is recommended that dogs with no prior Earthdog experience enter the Introduction to Quarry Class. Dogs that do not pass IQ should not enter the Junior Earthdog test. If you are not sure how your dog will perform at the IQ level, you can advance enter Introduction to Quarry only. Please note, the test grounds are the private property of Laurel Whistance-Smith, please treat with respect. Directions to the trial site are on the next page. Prizes A flat ribbon will be awarded for a qualifying score at the Introduction to Quarry, Junior Earthdog, Senior Earthdog and Master Earthdog level.. A rosette will be awarded to dogs that obtain the Junior, Senior or Master Earthdog title. Williams Lane Pontypool, Ontario (just south of Bethany, Ontario) From 401 from go north on Hwy 35/115 and stay on 115 after 35 splits off to Lindsay take Rd 32/Porter Rd exit and go north towards Bethany go right at Solanum Way to Col. Williams Lane go to end of this short road, over private RR crossing and see # 42 continue over bridge and follow signs to parking. Venue is about one hour from Yonge and 401. From North Go South on 35 to 7A and turn east towards Bethany. Go South on Rd 32/Porter Rd. Turn left on Solanum Way to Col.
