2 GREYBRO A great ranging and attractive table bird. Ideal for producers whose flock is on show. From the Cornish Gray family. Attractive gray speckled feathers with some barred plumage. Growth rate provides a combination of meat quality and performance. Weight close to 2 kgs in 9 weeks (63 days). Optimal weight is about 3 kg to 13 weeks (91 days). Yellow skin and legs. Exceptional hardiness.
3 S44 The S44 is bred to give the best possible results on free range and organic systems. A cross of the Cornish Red and New Hampshire families. Growth rate combines meat quality and performance. Close to 2 kgs at 8 weeks (56 days) with optimal weight of about 2.7 kg to the 10th week (70 days). Yellow Skinned with yellow legs. The skin is thin and does not cover excess fat. Attractive dark brown plumage with white and salmon coloured under-plumage. An exceptionally good bird to rear, 98% production. Suits any production system, but especially ideal for free range and organic producers.
4 JA 657 The JA 657 is famous throughout France for its delicately flavour taste and firm, top quality flesh. Growth rate has only one goal: to provide the best quality of meat without excess fat. Weight close to 2 kg at 10 weeks (70 days). Can be slow grown to 14 or 15 weeks (up to 105 days) and reach more than 2,500 kg of average weight. White skinned with white legs. The skin is very thin, almost no fat. Predominantly brown plumage with a white under-plumage. Exceptional hardiness. All these qualities make the JA 657 a most desirable table bird for meat producers throughout France. Consequently, the JA 657 is often produced in the Label Rouge system, the countries mark for top quality food items.
5 957 The 957 is a tough and reliable free range meat bird and is equally at home with organic farming. A cross of the Cornish White and Cornish Red family. Grows steadily, which ensures good meat quality. Weight at 49 days (7 weeks): 2kg, weight at 35 days (5 weeks) approximately kg. White plumage, however, 10% will have red speckles. White skin and legs. The skin is thin with no excess fat. Hardiness providing rearing results of about 98%.
6 RED NAKED NECK The Red Naked Neck is an extremely popular hybrid of several breeds. It is a very tough bird bred to provide best-quality meat without any fat. Bred for a single purpose to provide best quality meat without any fat. Weight close to 2 kg at 10 weeks (70 days), but can be slower grown up to 14 or 15 weeks (105 days) and reach more than 2,5 kg average weight. The plumage is predominantly red. The meat is delicious and tasty with firm flesh. Excellent on farm rearing results.
7 BLACK NAKED NECK The Black Naked Neck is a very tough bird bred to provide best-quality meat without any fat. Growth has only one goal: to provide the best quality of meat without fat form. Weight close to 2 kg at 10 weeks (70 days), but can be slower grown up to 14 or 15 weeks (105 days) and reach more than 2,5 kg average weight. The plumage is predominantly black with a smoked-in plumage. White skin with black legs. The skin is thin with no excess fat. Exceptional hardiness. The quality and flavour of the Black Naked Neck make it one of the most used table birds for Label Rouge production A mark of excellence in France.
8 WHITEBRO Comes from the Cornish Red and New Hampshire families. Growth rate combines meat quality and performance. Weight close to 2 kg to 7 weeks (49 days). Optimal weight is about 2,5 kg at 8 to 9 weeks (63 days). White skin and feet. The skin is thin and does not contain excess fat. Predominantly white plumage, under plumage is white and salmon. Exceptional hardiness, more than 98% on farm rearing results. Adaptable to any production system.
9 UTILITY SUSSEX The Utility Sussex is an ideal dual purpose bird, suitable for mixed production of meat and eggs. Predominantly white plumage with a black skirt and some black tail feathers. Weight of 2kg at 12 to 13 weeks (90 days). Average weight (male and female) will be of the order of 2.7 to 3 kgs after 1 season of egg production. Will lay more than 200 well-colored eggs of good size during their first season. Proverbial hardiness, providing rearing results of about 98%. Easily produced within free range systems.
