13 State Government s Functions 1. Certifies origin of the cattlle 2. Authorizes or rejects the green tag bulk insert based on the cattle census 3. Brands with CN irregular animals
14 Functions of the Accredied VET 1. Accepts or rejects the TB test request 2. Types the field TB test chart 3. Animals not in bulk insert (reseña) are not accepted in the SICOMORA 4. Types the TB reading 5. Generates the official TB Chart, certificate of origin, resume of brands and the green tag bulk insert from the field TB test chart
15 Functions of the CEFPPCH Reviews all files (notifies any quarentines or any other irregularities) Compares the SICOMORA official Tb test chart against the field TB test chart Green and blue tags of rejects are reactivated in the SICOMORA after 60 days
16 Functions of the SENASICA/SAGARPA officials 1. Assigns blue tags and number of the official TB test chart to the accredited VET 2. Authorizes or rejects the TB test 3. Assignes the TB test Supervisor 4. Authorizes or rejects the exportation permit 5. Assignes the CCT 6. Suspends an accredited VET 7. Consults green tags bulk inserts 8. Generates statistics of TB test, reactors by Vet or cattleman, etc.

The Cattleman accesses SICOMORA with username and password 9.The Vet prints all documents (official TB chart, 20/20, certificate of origin, resume of brands) 5.The accredited Vet accepts or rejects to do the TB test 6. SENASICA/SAGARPA approves or rejets the TB test and assignes a supervisor 7. The Vet writes the TB test fiel chart 8. The vet writes the TB reading
