No verbal agreements will be entered into. PURCHASE PRICE & PAYMENTS Purchase price $ paid by Buyer to Breeder/Seller. A non-refundable* deposit $300 has been made. Final Payment due 7 days pri to Puppy SHIPPING arrangements are made OR can be paid in full CASH at pick up. Payments can be accepted following ways: Cash (at Pick Up), Money Order, Va, Master Card, and Dcover (CC are accepted over phone f 3.5% Fee) PayPal plus 3.5%. If no future litter available within twelve (12) months from Templinhaus any Templinhaus Rottweilers Breeder Friends carrying same quality, n buyer may receivee such deposit back in full. Quality determinedd by Breeder. Buyer may transfer any deposit to a future litter lted on Templinhaus Rottweilers website on befe ir puppy (with current deposit) four (4) weeks age. Special considerations may be made f Show Homes.All cash & credit card transactions/payments are considered FINAL and NON REFUNDABLE. B. TRANSPORTATION Any and all transptation costs will be paid by Buyer. Transptation costs: shipping container, airpt delivery charge, and any expenses involved in shipping dog must be prepaid befe dog shipped. Buyer agrees to assume rk loss f any damage to dog during transptation, and furr, agrees to hold Breeder/ Seller harmless f any damage to dog that may occur during transptation. CURRENT SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY. 1

2 C. USE OF DOG Intl. Buyer agrees that th dog being acquired f purpose being a wking dog. Wking can be classified as, but not limited to, breeding (once specificc testing completed), th includes a family companion/protection dog; a wking dog to be used f tasks appropriate to its breed such as herding, carting, search and rescue wk a rapy dog; and/ f exhibition in AKC confmation, Sch Titling, obedience and/ agility competition. Buyer agrees that dog not purchased f resale n will it be used trained f activities which are illegal f which it not suited by reason temperament confmation. Specifically it will not be used as an attack dog that not specifically trained f its job, to hunt fight or animals. Buyer agrees that he/she will not sell, transferr ownership possession dog any h/her progeny to any person ganization whose intent it to resell (pet ste), trade, give away dog, use it in any experiments, labaty orwe to use it as breeding stock f a dog mill. Buyer furr agrees NOT to tie dog outside on a chain leave it unattended in a dangerous situation. Buyer agrees to have proper fencing f dog OR be present when dog outside. Never leave dog unattendedd without proper housing. Failure to comply with th will result in immediate VOID th contract. Should Templinhaus receive pro such acts, buyer agrees that said dog shall be returned to Templinhaus immediately with no money in return. D. VACCINES & VET CHECK Intl. All precautions have been made to ensure that th dog in excellent health at time purchase including vaccinations that are up to date f age puppy and have been de-wmed on a regular bas. The dog has been vaccinated with a 5WAY shot. Sticker will be made available f your vet. The Breeder/Seller s veterinarian has made a final health check and a current health certificate (if shipping) included in your shipping packet. Templinhaus Rottweilers not against Organic All Natural Methods and f th reason we will not have any problems with anyone choosing not to continue to vaccinate AFTER your puppy vaccines are complete. Blood titer tests can be ran to see if dog has proper immunity to deases in question. Intl. Buyer agrees to take dog to a Veterinarian h/her choice within seventy-two (72) hours (3 BUSINESSS M-F DAYS) delivery dog. A full healthh check including stool sample must be done. If, within that 72 hour period, a veterinarian finds dog to be unsound, unhealthy, possessing a serious genetic defect, n a statement in writing must be provided to Breeder/Seller by that veterinarian that documents all defects f Breeder/Seller s veterinarian to review. Upon confirmation by Breeder/Seller s veterinarian alleged fatal defects, Buyer may return dog, regtration and all h/her effects to Breeder/Seller, and receive a full credit purchase price towards a new puppy. Alll transptation costs involved are responsibility Buyer. The puppy in question must be returned to Seller within 72 hours Vet Appt. If f any reason puppy would need to be replaced under terms th entire contract, buyer MUST show pro initial vet vit dated within 72 hours pickup (3 BUSINESS M-F DAYS). If no pro THIS vet vit furnhed at time any replacement, contract will be null and void. Intl. Buyer WILL NOT ALLOW h/her veterinarian to vaccinate puppy f LEPTO OR CORONA Until puppy at least twelve (12) months age. Only 5-way vaccines should be used. By using 6-way 7-way vaccines, buyer ffeits all health guarantees pertaining to puppy s neurological healthh including death associated with vaccine. If buyer has a neurological problem with puppy, he/she must show pro that th vaccine was NOT adminteredd to puppy befe age 12 months. The Breeder/Seller warrants dog to be in excellent health and free from parasites at time purchase/pickup, but has not made and does not now make any furr warranties as to dog s condition after pickup. It Buyers responsibility to prevent illness and injury by providing necessary booster vaccinations, veterinary care, proper nutrition, fresh water, shelter, training and supervion. Breeder/Seller has made every efft to breed healthy dogs and has raed th dog to best her ability. Buyer agrees to hold Breeder/ /Seller harmless f any testicle trauma that may occur to dog, after dog no longer in Breeder/ Seller s possession. The Breeder/Seller makes no guarantee f loss life f PARVO after puppy has been picked up and in care Buyer f 5 (five) days. There no guarantee given f Coccidia, Giardia, Kennel Cough which commonly found in puppies that have just gone under stress relocating. E. REGISTRATION & MICROCHIPPING Breeder/Seller certifies that dog has been regtered under Regulations American Kennel Club as a purebred Rottweiler and will provide proper fms f transfer ownership th regtration. In some cases regtration can take time to finalize, seller has up to 8 months to get regtration to buyer and guarantees buyer will get regtration papers. Intl. Buyer agrees that Breeder/Seller s kennel name suffix Von Templinhaus end dog s regtered name on Regtration certificate. Buyer also agrees to use litter letter as FIRST letter in regtered name on puppy. If buyer does not follow th regtration procedure th contract in its entirety will be considered NULL & VOID. Buyer agrees to regter transfer ownership dog with AKC within sixty (60) days receiving AKC regtration papers and that th transfer will be recded in name party lted on th contract. The Buyer also agrees that th dog will not be regtered with any or regtration service or than American Kennel Club Canadian Kennel Club. Dog must be micro-chipped chipset on canine, and all serial and referencee numbers associated with identification said dog. Buyer agrees to provide microchip infmation to Breeder/Seller within sixty (60) days receiving dog. The microchip infmation used f identification in future should re be a problem with dog. Failure to furnh microchip infmation within 60 within sixty (60) days receipt canine. Buyer shalll furnh Breeder/Seller with brand chipset, location Days date that you received dog will deem th contract NULL & VOID. ALLL PUPPIES FROM TEMPLINHAUS ROTTWEILERS SHOULD BE REGISTERED & MICROCHIPPED!!! THIS IS PART OF YOUR CONTRACT & IS REQUIRED!!!! 2

3 F. LIFETIME* HIP & HEALTH GUARANTEE F purpose th contract Lifetime defined as a period 10 (ten) years from puppy s date birth. Intl. HIPS- Hips are guaranteed on th puppy not to be Moderately Severely dysplastic per Orthopedic Foundation f Animals (OFA) f NON BREEDING SHOWING puppies and not to be less than a rating FAIR f Full Regtration (show & breeding Stock) up to age 24 months. To make a claim on hips th puppy must be x-rayed at age twelve (12) months (Within 30 days 12 month birthday) and n again at 24 (twenty four) months, th includes up to 30 days from pups actual 24 month birthday to allow time f x-rays. If ree any sign dysplasia at 12 months X-rays must be reshot by a different vet within six (6) to eight (8) months later and re-evaluated and submitted to OFA. If after second set X- rays show a dog that dysplastic per agreement above, n puppy may be replaced befe age 24 months. If at 24 months re a sign dysplasia, buyer willl have an additional 3 months to have hips reshot by a different vet and resubmit to OFA. If f any reason dog pre-limbs good excellent at 12 months, and n fails OFA with a less than Mild at 24 months n it considered an environmental sue and hips willl not be covered by breeder. Having hips pre-limbed at 12 months can also help buyer and breeder detect any sues early on in puppy that may be deemed genetic versus situational. Seller reserves right to request additional x-rays if y feel x-rays were not set up crectly at buyer s expense. Because hip dysplasia can be caused by numerous facts that are not all genetic, it buyers responsibility to keep puppy on a balanced diet consting a NATURAL HIGH GRADE (3-5 stars per dogfoodadv.com) Food. No cn by-product should appear in first 2 ingredients on food. Puppy should NOT be jumping f couches, stairs, out cars SUVs. The dog should be maintained at a healthy weight and not over exerced under exerced. Please follow feeding instructionss given by breeder. If re are any questions it buyer s responsibility to ask breeder. Buyer understands that by not following proper procedures lted above f Hip Dysplasia contract will be consideredd null and void and will release breeder from all responsibilities a replacement puppy. Intl. HEALTH- Th puppy guaranteed f a lifetime defined here as up to 10 years from date puppy s birthday, not to die, in th time frame, anything deemed congenital* as long as puppy supplemented daily by NuVet vitamins on a daily bas. (see section G in th contract) Th includes, but not limited to all Heart murmurs & or things such as blood dders, liver kidney failure etc. Th does NOT include cancer. If at any time puppy dies from something a vet deemed congenital, buyer agrees to have an necropsy done to determine actual cause death at buyers own expense.. Seller also agrees to replace puppy per replacement terms definedd in section H th contract, if in its lifetime puppy were to have to be put down (by a vet) due to a congenital defect that makes it impossible f puppy to live a happy healthy nmal life. *Guarantee Exclusions: Intl. The seller does not guarantee n make any guarantees f Entropion. Ectropion, Cherry Eye, Umbilical Cd Hernias, heart murmurs less than a level 3 (certified by a licensed vet that specializes in cardiology) anything else that can be eir be fixed does not impact longevity dog s life. Heart Murmurs ARE covered under guarantee f show/ breeding stock. Cancer: Seller guarantees th puppy will not die from any fm cancer within ir first 4 (four) years. Unftunately cancer a big problem in all dogs. We have yet to find an exact science rhyme reason as to what causes specific cancers in th breed. F th reason we cannot confirm thatt any cancer specifically hereditary congenital. The seller MUST be notified in writing through regular mail befe such dog put to sleep all guarantees are null and void. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Seller has right to request a second opinion at buyer s expense. Seller requires a veterinarians rept with current conditionn dog at that time. Th rept must include dog s weight, and overall appearance, and must also include that re are no findings abuse neglect. The seller NOT responsible f vet bills thatt were to be incurred f any reason whatsoever. The seller NOT responsible f replacement loss life due to an accident injury that dog incurs in its lifetime; th includes problems that may occur years after an accident injury as welll as any accident injury that can mimic same signs as anything congenital. 4 H. RIGHT OF RECOVERY/REPLACEMENT If, f whatever reason, Buyer cannot does not wh to maintainn ownership dog (at any time during its lifetime), Buyer must notify Breeder/Seller immediately. The dog not to be sold placed anywhere without written consent Breeder/Seller. Breeder/Seller will asst in any placements dog if needed. Breeder/Seller will always accept return dog back at no cost to Breeder/Seller. Breeder maintains FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL to buy dog back at iginal purchase price if being sold f any reason. If dog has been Championed, an agreed upon amount can be dcussed. Seller maintains right to repossess if re pro any animal neglect and at NO CHARGE to SELLER. Buyer will sign over AKC papers immediately. IF buyer does not give notice to Templinhaus Rottweilers that dog has been sold without permsion, buyer has to right to recoup all court costs and a penalty equaling full amount iginal purchase price dog. REPLACEMENT Intl. IF FOR ANY REASON THERE IS TO BE A PUPPY REPLACEMENT COVERED UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT buyer must show pro that dog spayed neutered, unless re was a loss life, by a written letter from a licensed veterinary with a phone number and current microchip written on document that was implanted in dog when he/she was a pup. Th will be required befee any replacement given and n buyer may obtain a replacement dog, when available, from Breeder/Seller at 75% f iginal selling price in first 5 (five) years and 50% f iginal selling price reafter. The replacement must be same sex and same value unless both seller and buyer agree to change. Buyer responsible f current transptationn costs from Breeder/Seller on replacement dog. Breeder does NOT require puppy be returned f a replacement. At no time f any reason will any money ever be refunded after iginal 72 (seventy- two) business hours possession puppy. A puppy replacement may be given f up to three (3) years after claim made. I. REQUIREMENT/GUARANTEE FOR PET QUALITY PUPPIES: SPAYING AND NEUTERING & TEMPERAMENT Intl. Buyer agrees that any dog that purchased as a family companion, and dogs that are not show and breeding quality, shall be spayed neutered no later than twenty four (24) months age. Special considerations may be given by breeder f starter show homes, a breeding home waiting f hip & healthh clearances. Buyer agrees to never breed a dog/ bitch that on a limited regtration. Puppy will be entered into an obedience class age appropriate f breed. Buyer understands that y are buying a puppy out a WORKING breed and th puppy will need to be socialized properly early on to ensure it has to skills to be what you expect it to be. It strongly suggested that buyer seeks advice from Breeder/Seller immediately if re any question to temperament to puppy. 120 Day Temperament Guarantee-- If in first 120 One Hundred Twenty days receiving your puppy, a pressional obedience trainer deems th puppy NOT SOUND temperamentally seller may return puppy to breeder at no cost to breeder/seller. Breeder/Seller will fer a replacement puppy when one available equal quality. All AKC paperwk must be transferred back to breeder. All transptation costs are at buyers expense. Th replacement separate from Hip & Health Replacement above J. REQUIREMENT/GUARANTEE FOR SHOW/BREEDING PROSPECT PUPPIES Intl. Breeder/Seller will use ir best judgment and advice or fanciers in evaluating puppies as to show pet prospects. There no guaranteee that a dog evaluated as "Show Prospect" willl be successful in show ring as an adult as a breeding animal and no warranties are made to that effect. Th puppy guaranteed not to have a DISQUALIFYING fault per AKC standards with exception bite. If bite goes f seller agrees to replace puppy only f proven show homes. Proven meaning buyer has shown at least 5 different times in last 24 twenty four months has finhed at least 2 championed dogs in AKC ring. There will be no bite guarantee f just breeding homes. Buyer agrees not to play games such as TUG OF WAR, give puppy HARD BONES CHEWS on a constent bas thatt can cause puppys bite to go f. There NO GUARANTEE as to reproduction ability said dog. Buyer agrees that if said dog shown, and becomes a Champion, a picture along with a copy Championship certificate will be sent to Breeder/Seller. Breeder/Seller may publh th infmationn stating that Templinhaus Rottweilers, Patricia Templin Breeder/Seller dog along with Buyer stated as being owner. Breeder shalll maintain right to post any and all infmation about show dog on ir website f promotional reasons. Buyer agrees that th dog will not be used f breeding purposess until it has met following criteria: 1) Pro regtration with AKC or certified dog regtry (e.g., ADRK, UKC, CKC); 2) Pro passing OFA or recognizable certification f hips (i.e. OVC, PENNHIP, ADRK) has been acquired; 3) Dog Bitch at least 2 years/ 24 months old. If buyer breeds dog bitch befe age two (2) years, th contract in its entirety considered NULL & VOID. If dog a STUD breeder reserves all breeding rights f a bitch Templinhaus owns at no stud fee to breeder. Buyer agrees to sign all litter regtration that associated with any breeding s stud to a Templinhaus bitch. Any and all transptation collection fees associated with th breeding will be at cost Templinhaus. Templinhaus maintains th right to be able to have th breed back to maintainn lines ir breeding stock. 4

5 K. LIMITATIONS OF CONTRACT Th contract applies to iginal dog owner only and non-transferable to any third party. Anything else not stated covered in th contract may only be made with Breeder/ Seller s written consent. If buyer does not submit all proper pro stated above contract shall be considered null and void f replacement. Buyer agrees to release and hold harmless Breeder/Seller f any and all liability, damages, injuries caused directly indirectly by dog to any person property. Furrme, Buyer assumes full liability f any damages injuries, wher physical mental, emotional economic, caused by dog to a any person property, after Breeder/Seller relinquhes possession said dog. L. TERMS OF THE CONTRACT Buyer agrees thatt he/she has read and understands terms and conditions th contract fully. Th contract entered into within State Idaho. Breeder/Seller and Buyer irrevocably agreee that place venue f any dpute shall be in Kootenai County, Idaho and that terms th agreement shall be construed in accdance with Idaho law. Th contract designedd to protect Rottweiler and its future fspring, Breeder/Seller and Buyer said Rottweiler. By signing, all parties agree to all clauses th contract. Th Agreement constitutes entire agreement parties and supersedes all pri communications, understandings and agreements relating to subject matter here, wher al written.
