1 Continue the Training Process While On Vacation From Your Dog Board & Train Services are offered on a time-limited, intensive basis. Service comes in three (3) different packages based on need. Additional days beyond these three packages are available a la carte. Board & Train differs greatly from simple boarding services with respect to intensity, individualized attention & training focus on problem areas. I do not offer board & train for less than 3 days as there simply wouldn t be enough time to even begin to change behavioral issues. B&T client working through fear of strangers in uniform. Private or group training through A Better Pet LLC is a mandatory prerequisite. Advance reservations required. Description: For starters, your dog will be living in a home, not a kennel. Your dog will be under direct and indirect supervision of Professional Positive Reinforcement dog trainers whom you will already know from the initial session. Your dog s days will be filled with a menu of activities all designed to fix identified problems in an intensive and proactive format including but not limited to: Socialization & play With other dogs, a resident dog friendly cat or more, and a variety of people - adults and children. Structure includes balance between working and plenty of opportunity to rest, play and absorb lessons. Continued training Under the guidelines of The Six Pillars of Dog Training Wisdom introduced in your initial session. This includes increasing reliability of manners in increasingly challenging ways incorporating distractions, distances & durations. Structure/routine and management styles used in Board & Train are all intended to enhance the learning or training experience. There will be a minimum of TWO (2) hours per day of individualized sessions spread out over each day. You are permitted to touch base by phone or on a daily basis if desired. 2 Reintegration. This is a REQUIRED session provided upon pick up of your dog in the board and train residence and should be scheduled in advance to ensure enough time. Assume minutes for this. In this session you will review the progress of your dog and receive protocols for reintegrating your dog back home with continuing success. As with other direct services, ongoing support by phone or is available at no extra charge. (Reintegration option in your home including a delivery is available for additional fee, please ask for details). RATES* Package 1: The Three Day (3 Day) $400 You will learn or have learned about The Three Day Rule. That is, three (3) consecutive days of focused effort on common problems like house training, loose leash walking, recall, social skills with other dogs, increased reliability with lessening management, crate training, or instilling basic manners - The Six Things All Dogs Should Know. Package 2: The Week (7 days) $800 This is a more intensive program for both more entrenched behavioral issues or just a continuing ed program for pups or dogs that will keep your dog in shape while you are on a vacation or otherwise need a break from the dog. Same services as in Package 1 but for a longer period of time. Package 3: Two Week (14 days) $1,600 Two week board and train includes same as above, but again, for a longer period of time. Includes reunification session up to 90 minutes. Package 4: Monthly Rate $2000 Monthly board and train is prioritized for service dog puppy raising [but is possible for pet dogs if there is room]. Single Day Rate: $140 (thru May 2017) Day Rate refers to extra days outside of the scope of the Packages above and includes OVERNIGHT. For example, if you needed a 5 day board and train, rate would be Package 1 ($400) + 2 $140 ea = $280 for a total of $680 Day Rate 2: $120 Day Rate 2 refers to DAY BOARDING & TRAINING up to 10 hours.

Changes to $150/day June NO Drop offs before 8 am / NO pick ups after 8 pm unless agreed upon in advance. - What we provide: High value treats, love, affection, stimulation, management, comfy places to rest, indoor and outdoor places (year round) to play with stuffed toys, other dogs, people and the flora and fauna of the community; exposure to sights and sounds and, if applicable, outings for social/emotional development and public access success. Stuffed frozen toys, attention, belly rubbing and non-stop education and learning opportunities. Your dog will be constantly practicing basic manners and can be taught any missing manners from basic obedience to house training. Your dog may be learning new tricks just for the fun of it. What you provide: Your dog and your dog s food. LIFE S ABUNDANCE (all life stage and canned combined) available for additional purchase at cost if desired. Recommend dog s bed or bedding; not required. Please bring your own brushes. You may also bring along any equipment, supplements and/or medications your dog might require. Depending on your dog s size and/or needs, we might also require you to provide a crate. There is no additional feel for giving dog medications. However, please discuss in advance and provide clear written instructions. A variety of toys are provided, and often get destroyed, so unless you re willing to lose it, don t send toys. Options: Pick up Service/Delivery Fees Varies based on mileage from Board & Train residence starting at $15 each way. Bath (shampoo & conditioner): $15 (under 20 lbs) $30 (20-40 lbs); $35 (over 40 lbs.)

5 A Better PetALLC Board & Train Contract BETTER PET LLC Waiver and Release The undersigned have been advised by A Better Pet LLC that agreeing to BOARD & TRAIN his/her/their dog(s) at A Better Pet LLC, 2553 Queenston Rd., Cleveland Heights, OH 44118, may pose some risk to him/herself, members of his/her family, guests, and dog(s) and expressly assume the risk of any damage or injury to him or herself, his/her dog(s), and/or any minors incurred as a result of BOARD & TRAIN conducted by A Better Pet LLC. Therefore, in consideration of his/her or their acceptance into this BOARD & TRAIN program and the dog(s) participation in BOARD & TRAIN conducted by A Better Pet LLC, the undersigned, on behalf of him/her/themselves and any minors during BOARD & TRAIN waive, release, and agree to hold harmless A Better Pet LLC and any and all of their employees, dogs, agents, insurers, and successors from any and all causes of actions, claims, demands, losses, injuries, and damages of any kind which may be sustained by him/her/them or their dog(s) in connection with BOARD & TRAIN. All adult members of your party who will be in attendance at BOARD & TRAIN (drop off and/or pick up) must sign this waiver and release below on their own behalf and on behalf of any minors attending. NOTE: Children under 6 must have an additional adult present during a Dog Group Session whose responsibility is in supervising that child.
