1 Misty s Toy Aussies Puppy Pricing Guideline: Merle s Tri/Bi s $2800 & up $2500 & up Pricing is based on estimated adult size, eye color, and markings. We cannot guarantee adult size and eye color but will have a pretty good idea. I do not charge more/less based on sex. Prices are estimated and are subject to change. What does your pricing include? Puppy Culture Raised: Every day I work with each puppy individually starting at day 3. Puppies raised the Puppy Culture way have improved cardio vascular performance (stronger heart rates), stronger heart beats, a stronger adrenal system that works better and faster when they need it, and are more tolerant of stress with a greater resistance to disease. They also have increased learning ability, with better retention, and more stable, less fearful, and better able to cope with and recover from frightening or stressful situations/things. Scientific Studies have shown that Enrichment Effects (like Puppy Culture) actually cause animals to grow up to 5% more brain (and within that, are anywhere from neuro-connections!). Studies have shown that the area of the brain where these new brain cells form is actually the area related to learning, memory, and emotional response! Weekly Pupdate & Photos: Depending on which day of the week the pups are born every week there after I will send a mass to everyone on the deposit wait list that will include what training we are working on for the week. I also take updated photos and updated weights so you can watch all the puppies grow. Once you pick your puppy I will you a link to download all their puppy photos if you d like! I periodically post videos to my Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube Channel so be sure to Stay Tuned! Secret Facebook Group: We have a Secret Facebook group that you can only be added to by a personal invite from me. It s for all of our buyers and people who have placed

2 deposits. It s a fun place to share photos of your pets (all of your pets we don t discriminate ), get tips, tricks, advice, and share helpful info. ASDR Registerable: Registration form from the American Stock Dog Registry will be sent with the puppy without breeding rights. UTD on Vaccinations and Dewormings: Puppies are given Parvo and Distemper vaccinations before they leave our home. Health Warranty: We offer a One Year Guarantee for all of our puppies. Optional Five- Year Guarantee available at no extra cost to you we just ask that you keep the puppy on the food we recommend. Within the Puppy Contract we go into depth about what is and what is not covered. In addition, you'll receive a copy of the contract, presigned, for your records. We keep a copy as well and require that you fill out the contract in its entirety, and sign and send back to us via or mail. Microchip Implantation: All puppies are microchipped and registered to me before they leave our home. Your puppy will come with its microchip number and instructions as to how to register the pup to you. The pup will forever be registered to me regardless if you register the pup or not. If you do register the pup I would be listed as the alternative contact. We will be an alternative to ensure your puppy is safe and happy until she or he can be returned safely to you. Health Tested Parents: All of our Toy Aussies are full panel genetically tested or cleared by parents to ensure the healthiest pups. Vet Checked and Approved: All of our puppies leave here after being seen by our trusted licensed vet who will provide a clear bill of health. They also come with their Health Record that reflects their weekly weights, the dates of their dewormings, and dates of vaccines. Pet Insurance: In our Puppy Package you will received a certificate for 30 days free of Trupanion Pet Insurance.

3 Puppy Care Package: To help you get started with your new puppy, we prepare care packages for you and your new puppy to leave with. This includes a handmade blanket that smells like mom and litter mates, toys, leash, collar, treats, and a clicker to continue training. Puppy Blanket: The blanket will be placed in with mom and siblings (around 9 weeks) until they leave us. The smell of the blanket will be scented with mom and siblings. This helps because your new home is new and different and the smell of the blanket is familiar, making the transition from our home to yours much easier! Exercise Appropriate Booklet: Each owner will receive the Puppy Culture Exercise Booklet which is an important guide to raising a puppy in a safe and healthy way. If every puppy owner would read and follow these guidelines, a huge number of behavioral issues and fractures could be avoided! Indispensable for new puppy owners! Clean & Fresh: All of our puppies are given one last bath right before they leave for their forever home. Clicker Trained: Puppies are started on Clicker Training and are usually doing well by the time they leave. We use Clicker Training to help teach your puppy and to ensure the quickest results in training. We use positive only training. It is recommended that you continue to use the Clicker and to continue to shape your puppy to learn the behaviors you want him or her to learn. Your pup will come with a clicker. 100% Support: You will receive 24/7 support when you purchase a puppy from us. Whether its , Text, Phone, Facebook, etc., were here for you! If you are close enough, we also offer support in person. We want everyone to know that the relationship does not end once you take your puppy home. We enjoy updates in any form, but especially photos. Please know we want you to stay in touch when you buy a puppy because our puppies mean so much to us.

4 Crate Training: All Puppies have started crate training. Majority will be eager and willing to enter the crate and enjoy the time they have in there. Most will not cry when placed in the crate. We do recommend placing a Raw Meaty Bone (RMB) or special treats in with the puppy to keep them busy and ensure they do not dislike their crate. House Training: Your puppy will be well on his/her way to house training. We start young by introducing a bathroom area (artificial grass) in the puppy pen after 3 weeks of age, to help with the process of house training. We teach them the proper place to go potty is on the grass. We also use washable pee pads around our home so when they have free roam they can find a pee pad and have easy access. I have had great success with these methods and past buyers have commented on easy it has been for them to completely house break their pups. We work hard so that the transition for your puppy is easier and the least stressful for both you and your puppy. Being consistent is the key in fully potty training your pup, and of course, when you take your pup outside and when they do their business it always helps to click, give a treat, and say good potty while giving the pup a pat on the head. It s easy to teach a dog to potty on command just be consistent. Obedience Training: All puppies are started on basic obedience, such as sitting and knowing how to walk on a leash. Puppies will be eager to mand (sit) automatically to ask for things and it is recommended you continue to teach your puppy how to mand. Puppies will also know how to walk on a leash before leaving (or at least be well on their way). They will have been introduced to a leash and collar and should eagerly walk when the leash and collar are put on. Friendship: And of course, you get to have a new friendship for life (and so do we!). We are there for you when you need us and are always here to offer a helping hand. If you do not wish to keep in contact with us or to send updated photos and just to keep in touch, please do not purchase one of our puppies. It is our goal to keep in touch with buyers and to provide an amazing friendship. In addition to learning what is going well and not so well in our past and present puppies so that we can improve our future litters and to help improve the breed by breeding better dogs. Deposits: We require a deposit of $400. This is fully refundable until you pick your puppy. Once you pick your puppy the deposit becomes non-refundable. You must place a deposit to be added to our waiting list. Deposits are executed in order they are received. First deposit gets first pick of the litter, second deposit gets second pick and so on. Payments accepted: My preferred is a Personal Check, Cashier s Check, Money Order, Cash, Wire Transfer, Zelle Quick Pay, or Chase Quick Pay. However, I do also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. I do not charge extra for PayPal or Credit Card fees. Puppies must be paid in full one week prior to delivery and all funds cleared. If you are picking up your pup in person only cash will be accepted. Shipping: Options for shipping/delivery are as follows: You re welcome to pick up the puppy in person. If you are local to me, I would prefer to personally deliver the pup to you. This is because I can spend some time with you and the puppy and let the pup get settled in. I can show you how to clicker train and answer any questions you may have. This usually takes about 30 minutes. I will drive any direction 60 minutes one way to meet you to help lessen your drive. I will meet you at Detroit Metro Airport if you would like to pick up the pup and fly back with him/her. White Glove Hand Delivery:

Please inquire directly for my rates to Canada and Internationally. o Puppy will be held and loved in the main cabin of the plane and hand delivered to you at your local airport in the baggage claim area. We exclusively hand deliver all of our pups. We do not offer shipping via Cargo.
