3 ATTENTION EXHIBITORS Welcome to the 2018 ARC National Specialty. The show site will be available to Exhibitors at 7:00 am Monday thru Saturday. No dogs are allowed overnight and must be removed no later 7:00 pm each night. All dogs/crates must be removed from the Event Center by 5:00 pm Saturday May 19, There will be plenty of space for spectators and holding area for dogs waiting to go into the ring. No unentered dogs are allowed in the Exhibitor Center. Conformation Crating: There will be no ringside crating outside the Conformation Ring. Day crating will be available in the Grooming Room on a first-come/first served basis. Exhibitors please note: The American Rottweiler Club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the official AKC entry form for this event. No other commercial video recording, video recording from a tripod, monopod, or other supported camera/device, or any video recording or streaming of large parts or whole classes shall be permitted. The contract terms permit individuals to record small bits of video of their own dogs only, and using handheld devices only (e.g. phone, tablet, or small camcorder)... All persons and animals on the Show Grounds at any time while the show is in progress, do by attending this show or participating therein, grant to the Club the right to photograph, televise, videotape, audiotape or otherwise use their likeness and voice in any manner without further release or consent. The Club is not responsible for the actions or products of the commercial vendors at this show. TRANSFER OF ENTRIES TRANSFER OF ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE BARAY OFFICE AFTER 12:00 NOON ON MONDAY, MAY 7. AFTER THIS TIME, YOU MUST CONTACT THE SHOW SECRETARY ON SITE. CONFORMATION: Dogs may be transferred from one of the regular classes to the Best of Breed or Variety competition, provided this transfer is presented to the Superintendent at least one half-hour prior to the scheduled start of any regular conformation judging at the show. JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP: Junior Handlers who win a third Novice Class with competition, if a win in Novice leads to a Best Junior with competition present it will count as one win towards moving to Open, after closing of entries for a show are required to transfer their entry from the Novice Class to the Open Class by notifying the Superintendent at least one-half hour prior to the scheduled start of Junior Showmanship juding at the show. Correction may be made from one age division to another, provided this transfer must be made to the Superintendent at least one half-hour prior to the judging of any Junior Showmanship class at the show. OBEDIENCE OR RALLY: A dog who has earned a title after entries have closed may be moved to another class in a future trial, provided the transfer request is presented to the Superintendent in writing at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial. Move-ups may be approved provided the class and judge are available and the class has not reached its limit ARC NATIONAL PREMIUM LIST 3

Turn left onto Natural Bridge Rd. Merge onto I-70 West. Merge onto I-270 South via Exit 232 toward Memphis. Merge onto I-44 West/US 50 via Exit 5B toward Tulsa. Go approximately 23 miles. Take the MO-100 Exit toward Gray Summit. Turn right onto MO-100. Go approximately 0.4 miles to MO-MM. Turn left. Go 1.1 miles to Purina Farms (on left). Estimated travel time from airport is 47 minutes. BOX TRUCK/VAN RESERVED SPOTS A limited number of Box truck/van reserved spots are available in the Purina RV parking area for the week of the show. You will have electric and water hookup with each spot and you can set up your EZ ups and ex pens and leave them setup for the time of the show. No overnight parking allowed in these spots. At the discretion of the intersex judge, the maximum number of Select Awards that may be given shall be 10% of the Best of Breed entry, including Veterans, Winners and Working Dog/Bitch. That 10%, with no consideration to sex, is in addition to the ones automatically given Best of Breed and Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed winners and the AKC Grand Championship Select Dog and Bitch (if awarded). The Best of Breed and Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed shall be known as ARC Select 1; the AKC Grand Championship Select Dog and Bitch shall be known as ARC Select 2; all others chosen shall be known simply as Select.
