Go approximately 1 MILE to Top Dog Obedience School on your RIGHT. Note that GPS gets you to Bartley Rd. but not to Top Dog s door. FROM ROUTE EXIT 22B to ROUTE 206 N. Take Rt. 206 N through the town of CHESTER and cross the intersection of RT. 206 & ROUTES 24/513. Stay on RT. 206 to the 2nd TRAFFIC LIGHT, make LEFT onto BARTLEY- CHESTER RD. Cross over the railroad tracks, turn RIGHT then make an immediate LEFT to Top Dog Obedience School. ENTRY FEES will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian or the judge, or barred from competition by the action of the Trial Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbance or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the trial, no refund of entry fee(s) will be made. EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS, such as, but not limited to snowstorms, hurricanes, lightening, extreme heat must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to stop or cancel the trial before completion, no refund of entry fees will be made. If cancellation is decided before the event,every effort will be made to notify the exhibitors via the info provided on their entries.. ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANKS. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. NO REFUND FOR DUPLICATE ENTRIES. We will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if a dog has been processed, no refund will be made. JUMP HEIGHTS must be listed in accordance with AKC rules. ENTRIES WITHOUT JUMP HEIGHTS will be judged at the end of the class. THE TRIAL WILL BE OPEN from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. AS SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 12, SECTION 4 of the AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, information contained on the entry form is required to be published in the club s show catalog. This information is also subject to publication in other media. DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on a leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercise area. Exercise your dog in the designated potty area only; please clean up after your dog. DO NOT let your dog potty in the landscaped areas around the building. UNENTERED DOGS will not be permitted in the buildings as space is limited. Thank you for respecting this. NO EX-PENS are permitted on the premises. Please bring your own chairs. Crates and chairs will be placed in properly designated areas only. Please be considerate of other exhibitors needing crate space. PRIZES All awards must be claimed at the trials; none willbe mailed. The Club reserves the right to substitute unavailable awards withones of equal or greater value. A qualifying score is required for all prizes, unless otherwise indicated. The DPCTZ offers a gift bag of all-natural dog treats to all Obedience Beginner Novice A, Obedience Novice A and Rally Novice A competitors, regardless of whether s/he has earned a qualifying score.
