PLEASE let us know if you expect to earn a new title and which one. We want to make sure we have enough rosettes. Test Hours: 8:00 am until complete (Thu, Fri, Sat) 8:00 am until 2 pm on Sunday It takes 3 qualifying runs under 2 different judges to earn a CA title HEADS UP!! We use the following procedure at the Perry CATs.: As the Pre-Entries come in the Trial Secretary will enter them on a Running Order list (if people have more than 1 dog they will be separated by a few dogs). At Roll Call (after we check your dog) we will make a mark beside your name that indicates you are good to go. Day of Trial entries go at the end of the already established Running Order. If someone has a conflict then they get moved to the end - just like in Obedience and Rally. We will still do the Rolling Roll call BUT if you have been Roll Called and are NOT ready to go when your name comes up, we will move you to the end of PRE-ENTERED DOGS. Once we are finished running pre-entered dogs we will start on the Day of Trial Entries. If the field is empty and no one is waiting you might be able to run early. We will NOT work people back into the order (much too confusing!) unless there is no one waiting. Come and look at the board - multiply each name by 2 minutes and that should give you an APPROXIMATE time that you will run. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - Please read carefully ALL DOGS RUN AT OWNERS SOLE RISK NOTICE TO ALL EXHIBITORS All entries must be one year of age or older on the day of the test. Each dog requires an individual entry form for each event in which it is entered. Or enter online (EASIER!!) Entries will not be accepted without fees, signatures, or the Agreement found on the Official AKC Entry Form. Bitches in season and lame dogs will be refused entry and, if presented at inspection, will be refunded entry fees. Mixed breeds must be spayed or neutered to be eligible to run. AKC registered dogs with breed disqualifications may be entered. Coursing is an athletic activity that can tax a dog s physical strength. Dogs that are overweight and/or out of condition may be at greater risk for injury and exhaustion. The Inspection Committee has the authority to disallow a dog s entry into a test, and in such instances, applicable entry fees will be refunded. Battery powered, continuous loop lure machines will be used. The lure will consist of white plastic strips. Backup equipment will be available. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations. The Huntmaster is responsible for field safety and therefore he/she is in complete charge of all dogs and handlers on the field. In service to this responsibility, he/she has the authority to stop the lure in any potentially dangerous situation and signal the handler to retrieve a testing dog. Any decisions made by the event s officiating judge(s) regarding the performance of an entered dog shall be final. Full discretionary power is given to the judge(s) to withhold any and all qualifications for lack of merit. The Judge(s) is responsible for ensuring compliance with the AKC Regulations on the field. No entry fees will be refunded if the event cannot be started or completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or its members and representatives. Persons exhibiting conduct detrimental to AKC/GANG/any dog(s)/other person(s) will be asked to leave the trial site. The event-hosting club, its agents, members, representatives, volunteers, BGSU etc., assume no liability or responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children or spectators before, during, or after this event There will be portable restroom facilities located near the field. Bring your own shade. No littering. Pick up after your dogs. There will be a $5.00 fine for NOT cleaning up after your hounds and you will be banned from further CAT tests during the week. A $5.00 fee for any cigarette butts/trash you leave on the ground. All rights to televise, videotape, advertise, photograph, promote or otherwise exploit this event are vested in the club, or in persons to whom assignments of such rights have been made in writing by the club. All persons and animals attending these shows grant the club the right to use their likeness and voice in any matter without further consent. A penalty of $5.00 will be assessed for any and each loose dog(s) not competing in the course in progress. A return check fee of $35.00 will be assessed for any check(s) returned for insufficient funds. CATCH YOUR DOG AT THE COMPLETITION OF THE RUN!! A $5/minute penalty will be assessed to each handler that fails to catch their dog in a timely manner. Judges discretion.

Only the Lure Operator, Huntmaster, Judges and Handlers of the hounds running in the course in progress will be permitted near the lure machine. The members of the Greyhound Association of North Georgia reserve the right to alter the course plan as required by weather and/or field conditions on the day of the trial. Dogs must be crated when owner is out of the room. NO EXCEPTIONS! Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while in the hotel, lobbies or on hotel grounds. Rooms & lobby must be kept clean of dog debris. Dogs should be exercised in designated areas on motel premises. Every dog owner/handler is expected to pick up after his/her dog & dispose of waste in designated trash cans. It is the responsibility of the dog owner to find out from the innkeeper where these areas & cans are located. Due to severe clogging problems with the drain pipes, no dog may be bathed in the hotel. Crating & bathing facilities with hot & cold water are available at the show site. Rooms will be inspected daily by members of the hotel staff & observed violations or damages will be reported to the hotel management and/or the investigative committee. The investigative committee,working with a fair & equitable system, is charged with investigating complaints. Each dog owner/registrant is expected to cooperate with the investigative committee, hopefully settling damage claims on the spot, or else must be willing to furnish information such as insurance policy numbers & other pertinent information as required/requested. Should a hotel/motel, for cause, deem it necessary to cancel room privileges, the registrant agrees to forego legal actions against CLUSTER CLUBS & the hotel/motel. As an exhibitor, be aware that violations may be referred to the Event Committee if written charges are preferred. If such charges are upheld by the Event Committee, it may lead to suspension from future show privileges. Motel/hotels have the right to charge a deposit (refundable or non- refundable). Cluster Hotel Policies NOTICE TO DOG OWNERS/EXHIBITORS WHEN YOU SIGN THE ENTRY FORM, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS CONCERNING MOTELS EXTENDING THEIR PLACE TO YOU. THE FOLLOWING RULES HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR THE GOOD OF ALL EXHIBITORS CONCERNED. All exhibitors read the regulations on hotel/motel accommodations. All motels accepting dogs require plastic under crates - NO EXCEPTIONS. Plastic sheeting is to be placed under every crate in motel rooms. This will keep carpets clean & dry. It will be the responsibility of each exhibitor to

6 RV OVERNIGHT PARKING REGULATIONS 2015 Parking Guidelines o Gates will open at 8:00 am Wednesday, April 08,2015. o RV parking is from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm throughthe EAST Gate. If arriving prior to 11:00 pm, you must enter via the EAST Gate. o If arriving after 11:00 pm, enter through East Gate& park in the RV park until morning when you will be relocated. o Reservations will be accepted through pre-registration sent to the Georgia National Fairgrounds using the form provided. O Payment must accompany a reservation in order for it to be a valid reservation. O In order to obtain a refund, cancellation must be made by 12:00 pm the day before the first day of the reservation. o Sites will be assigned in the order in which the reservations are received. If you want to camp together, you must send your reservations in together. Any spaces not reserved will be assigned to those arriving without reservations on a first come, first-served basis. o All RV Sites are handicap accessible. o Full hook-up sites are limited & will be assigned as the reservations are received. o All sites will have water & electric hook-ups. There will be one electrical & one water hook-up allowed per site.there will be no "piggy-backing" of utilities. o A free "Honey Wagon" service will be available on the show grounds. Honey Wagon Flyer to be posted on windshield for service. o Running of generators on the Fairgrounds is prohibited except in designated area. o Once you have been parked in your site, do not move your rig. Doing so may result in your immediate removal from the show grounds & a possible Event Committee. o There will be no changing or switching sites without permission from the Parking Committee Chairman. o There will be no saving spaces allowed. Any items placed in a site for this purpose will be confiscated. o Only one vehicle will be allowed per site. o Any vehicles blocking fire lanes or entrances/exits of buildings will be towed at the owner/exhibitor's expense. o It is recommended that exhibitors bring at least 100 feet of heavy gauge electrical cord & 100 feet of water hose to ensure capability of reaching all hook-ups. Recommend 20 ft of septic hose. o Follow Signage for types of parking. o Day parking will be provided for exhibitors in the north lot & behind McGill Building. o No day parking will be allowed to enter through the West Gate, RV's only for overnight camping. o There will be no overnight camping allowed outside the fence in the Fairgrounds parking lot or on Fairgrounds property outside the fence. o Tampering with electrical panel boxes other than resetting circuit breakers is prohibited by Georgia State law. o Only one additional vehicle will be allowed per site. o Any vehicles blocking fire lanes or entrances/exits of buildings will be towed at the owner/exhibitor's expense. o It is recommended that exhibitors bring at least 100 feet of heavy gauge electrical cord & 100 feet of water hose to ensure capability of reaching all hook-ups. Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this event, however such, injuries, death or property damage may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees, agents, or any other persons. I (WE) AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ENTRY, EXHIBITION OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT BETWEEN THE AKC AND THE EVENT-GIVING CLUB (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THIS PREMIUM LIST) AND MYSELF (OURSELVES) OR AS TO THE CONSTRUCTION, INTER- PRETATION AND EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE SETTLED BY ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. HOWEVER, PRIOR TO ARBI- TRATION ALL APPLICABLE AKC BYLAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES MUST FIRST BE FOLLOWED AS SET FORTH IN THE AKC CHARTER AND BYLAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS, PUBLISHED POLICIES AND GUIDELINES.
