2 The event-hosting club, its agents, members, representatives, volunteers, assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children or spectators. *Early inspection may not begin prior to published trial hours* Late Entries will NOT be accepted. Closing date is 6 PM May 17 th, IF the trial has not filled, day of show entries will be accepted until 7:30 AM. Incomplete, unsigned, or conditional entries will not be accepted. Those wishing confirmation must include a legible address on their entry forms. A wait list of up to 5 dogs will be maintained in case of trial filling. Approximate run order will be ed to those who supply an address on their entry form. Arrive at least 1 hour prior to your approximate start time for inspection and check-in. We will be having a rolling inspection to accommodate Dogs that are also entered in Conformation and other events. Dogs that are not checked in before the end of each trail will be scratched after a 5 minute grace period. If you do not check in and your run time comes up by the end of the trial closing we will assume you are absent and you will lose your turn. No monies will be refunded for dogs not checked in ahead of time Exceptions to the Run order ONLY for Verified Conflicts. Volunteers working the entire trial will run FIRST before all other competitors to ensure a smooth running trial. Dogs that are overweight and/or out of condition may be at greater risk for injury and exhaustion. The Inspection Committee has the authority to disallow a dog s entry into a test, and in such instances, applicable entry fees will be refunded. Dogs should be warmed up before and cooled down after running. All Dogs run at owner s sole risk. All entries must be 12 months of age or older on the day of the test. ROLL CALL Roll call begins 1 hour before the beginning of each event. Early acceptance for members of the field committee may begin one-half hour prior to published test hours. At roll call, all dogs will be measured by wicket to verify handicaps. *Bitches in season and lame and unfit dogs will be excused with entry refunded. Please do not bring bitches in season to the test. All AKC Rules regarding sportsmanship and conduct apply. Persons exhibiting conduct detrimental to the AKC/CKC/any dog(s)/other person(s) will be asked to leave the trial site by the Field Committee, they may be disciplined by the AKC, and entry fees will not be refunded. No entry fees will be refunded if the event cannot be started or completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather, conditions, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or the eventhosting club, This is a rain-or-shine outdoor event. Please plan accordingly. A continuous loop lure with plastic strip will be used for ALL competitors. The CAT course will be fully fenced Port-a-Potty will be available for competitors. Dogs must be on lead or crated unless running. The Huntmaster is responsible for field safety and therefore is in complete charge of all dogs and handlers on the field. In service to this responsibility, he/she has the authority to stop the lure in any potentially dangerous situation & signal the handler to retrieve a testing dog.

3 Awards Ribbons;CAT Qualifying course = Orange Title Rosettes BCDC will give a general new title rosettes for CA, CAA. A special ribbon for CAX. If you believe you may title your CAX please make note on your entry form so we can be prepared for the amount needed. BCDC makes every attempt to facilitate that all entrants will be accommodated with regard to running the in the trials, but it is also the responsibility of each entrant to make an effort to be ready when their dog is called to the line. CAT events are open to all dogs that are individually registered with the AKC, dogs granted a Purebred Alternative Listing (PAL) number or dogs enrolled in the AKC Canine Partners program. Dogs with breed disqualifications and monorchid/cryptorchid dogs are eligible to participate. Dogs must be at least one year of age on the day of the trial. Dogs may only run once per test. One dog per entry form per test. All entries must be accompanied by money order or check to be valid. A returned check is not a valid entry. There will be a $35 fee for a returned check. Entries received by phone, text, or will not be accepted. Early entries, incomplete entries, or forms without signature will not be accepted.. GENERAL: All entries must be one year of age or older on the day of the trial. Dogs not present 45 minutes before run time will be scratched after a 5 minute grace period. The field committee reserves the right to alter the course plan as required by weather and/or field conditions on the day of the trial The field committee reserves the right to bar known aggressive dogs from the event site. Each entry will be examined at inspection. Bitches in season and lame dogs will be excused. Entry fee for dogs excused during inspection, for bitches in season or lameness will be refunded. Gasoline and electric powered lure machines will be used. Back up equipment will be available. THERE WILL BE A $5.00 FINE ASSESSED FOR ANY LOOSE DOG NOT TAKING PART IN THE COURSE IN PROGRESS or for anyone caught not picking up after their dog. NO ONE will be allowed on the field without the express permission of the field chairman, except the appointed field committee. Anyone exhibiting unsportsmanlike behavior will be excused from the field and may be subject to further disciplinary actions. Control of dogs strictly enforced, on leash at all times except when running. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHELTER and water. FOOD & BEVERAGES A food vendor will be available on the park grounds near the Conformation Show. CAMPGROUNDS / RV INFORMATION RV Parking will be permitted at the trial site. East Freehold Showgrounds has RV water and elec. hook-ups. Reserve by 5/28/19. RV Fees: Resident Monmouth County - $36 and non-resident - $40, arrival without reservation, include additional $10.
