All class trophies will be awarded in the ring when judging of that class is over. None will be mailed. All unawarded prizes become the property of the host club. Directions From I-70: Take US 340W & US 15 South from Frederick towards Leesburg & Harpers Ferry; take US 15 South to Point Of Rocks/MD Route 28 (flashing yellow light immediately before Potomac River Bridge); turn left onto Route 28 and go approximately 1 mile and turn right onto Rock Hall Road (immediately after RR); site is one story building on left. From Washington I-270: Follow signs for Route 340 to Route 15 South and follow as above. From the West: From Leesburg, follow US 15 North, immediately after crossing the Potomac River Bridge, turn right onto Route 28 in Point of Rocks. Rally Entry Fee (1st entry in each event number) $32.00 Each Additional Entry/Same Dog/Same Event Number+ $ If a dog is entered in multiple trials (there are 4 total event numbers) you must pay the fee for the first entry of the dog in each trial, as they are separate events. All entries must indicate class A or B and a jump height where in classes that require jumps. Entries that do not include A or B and appropriate jump height will be returned as incomplete. RAE/RACH Entries: Please check the box on the entry form for RAE/RACH. Dogs entered in this class will be entered in both Excellent B/Advanced B (RAE) or Excellent B/Advanced B/Master (RACH). Once the limit has been reached, any subsequent entries will be returned in their entirety. IMPORTANT! Acknowledgement of entries will be made via as soon as practicable. Please include legible e- mail address on your entry form. Exhibitors providing addresses may receive all communication, including confirmation and judging schedule through . Entries are processed in the order that they are received at the address of the Show Secretary. PayPal Payment is available! Step 1: Submit your entry form. Processing fee per entry using PayPay method: $2.50, which is already added to the entry fee amount for your cart. Processing fee is non-refundable. Step 3: Include the AKC number of the dog being paid for so that we can match payment to entry forms. All judging will be indoors. Notice to Exhibitors Transfers will be permitted in accordance with Rally Regulations, Chapter 1, Section 15. The request for a transfer must be in writing and presented to the Trial Secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial. Transfers will be accepted prior to the day of the trial. The Rally trials will run consecutively. A wait-list will be established in order to fill openings created by entries that are withdrawn prior to the event closing day. Rally classes will be run in small-tall height order. Lunch will be available for purchase both days. CKC will be offering AM hospitality for exhibitors each day. REFUND POLICY: Bitches in season are not permitted to compete in obedience trials. The club will refund all but $10.00 of the entry fee for bitches in season that are unable to compete for that reason. Refund requests must be accompanied by a dated, signed letter on official business letterhead from your veterinarian stating the reason that your dog cannot compete. The Trial Secretary must be notified no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class in the trial. s, phone calls and nonletterhead notes will not be considered. Exhibitors and handlers will be responsible for clean conditions in and around their crating area. There is no space for un-entered dogs. The judge is not required to wait for dogs. It is the responsibility of the owner/handler to have the dog at ringside when required and without being called. All dogs present must be held on a leash, or confined to a crate except when being judged. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Event Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made. The host club, Clantyre Show Secretary Services and its agents, employees, etc. will assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers, or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children. Each entry fee includes $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee, plus a $.50 AKC Recording Fee for the 1st entry. Rally: Each first entry fee Includes $3.50 AKC Recording Fee. Each additional entry fee includes $3.00 AKC Recording Fee. (There is no Recording Fee or Event Service Fee for Junior Showmanship, Sweepstakes, Futurities, Brace/Team, Multi-Dog Classes or Special Attractions.) Fees are to be collected by the Show-giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. (AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, Chapter 11, Section 2.) Telegraph, telephone and unsigned entries cannot be accepted. Entries not on an official AKC entry form and photocopies of entry forms without agreement and rules on the reverse side of the official AKC entry form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Entries received without fees will not be accepted. Postdated checks, returned checks or declined credit cards do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Show Secretary will add a $30 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. No refund for duplicate entries. Owners are responsible for errors in entry forms, regardless of who may make such errors. (AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, Chapter 11, Section 6.) No entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. Thank you! Waiver of Rights Animals in Distress Catoctin Kennel Club reserves the right to remove an animal in distress from a parked vehicle or crate, and all persons attending these dog shows hereby waive any claim for damages against the club for such removal.

(Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varie es for show purposes, please designate the par cular variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, par -color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard). 2.
