This information will be posted the week of the event. Where can I go to get updates? Regular updates are provided on the event Facebook Page. How can I sign up to volunteer? To volunteer for Harvest Fest, call (352) How much do tickets cost? General admission tickets are $10 each. Where can I purchase tickets in advance? Tickets can be purchased on-line at Purchase through our website to prevent counterfeiting and ticketing scams. The City of Ocala is not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial ticket sites. Why should I purchase a ticket in advance? Patrons who already have a ticket will proceed through a scan line and avoid longer waits in cash and credit lines. Can I still purchase VIP tickets? No. VIP tickets are sold out.

2 Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the event? Please print and bring your ticket with you to enter the festival or you may present the ticket on your smart phone. We must be able to scan the QR code on the ticket. If you are bringing a printed ticket, you must make sure the ticket QR code is pristine and easy to scan. How do I get a refund? All tickets to Harvest Fest are non-refundable. You cannot get a refund. What happens if it rains? We are going to get wet, but we will still have fun! Harvest Fest is a rain or shine event. If I need to leave can I get back in? Yes, you can. Re-entry into the festival is permitted with a valid wristband which you must obtain when you leave. However, you will have to re-enter through security and you will likely encounter wait times in doing so. If you fail to get a wristband when you leave, you will have to purchase a new ticket to get back in. Can I bring a purse, backpack or other bag in? Purses or bags meeting the below criteria are permitted. All bags will be subject to security search. Purses and bags must be no larger in size than 4.5 x 6.6 inches (clutch size). Diaper bags or medical equipment bags are permitted and will be searched. Bota bags, cantinas or hydration packs are not permitted. Can I bring in a cooler? No coolers are permitted unless they are medically required (ie. Insulin, feeding tube, etc.). Should I bring a chair? Chairs are provided for VIP ticket holders (although VIP s are welcome to bring their own chair if they prefer). Chairs are not provided for general admission ticket holders, so you will want to bring a chair if you intend to sit. Can I bring my pet? Only service animals assisting an individual with a disability are permitted. These service animals must have an appropriate vest. Comfort, therapy and emotional support dogs do not meet the definition of a service animal and are not permitted entry into the event. Will you be selling alcohol at the festival? Absolutely, but there are a few stipulations. You must be 21 and present a valid State, or Government ID to drink at Harvest Fest. Providing alcoholic beverages to underage patrons will result in eviction from the event and possible arrest. No alcohol can be consumed outside of the fenced event perimeter (this includes parking lots and park areas adjacent to but outside the fence). Tailgating is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse service to patrons who are noticeably intoxicated. Please drink responsibly. Security will be present. Disorderly conduct will result in your removal from the event and/or possible arrest.

3 Where can I park? There are several parking options available to you. On-Site Premium Parking is $10 and available (until full) in the Tuscawilla Park parking lot north of the Reilly Arts Center (off NE Ninth Street). Arrive early to secure a premium parking space. Note: if you leave premium parking during the event, you will have to pay again if you wish to park in premium parking again. (subject to spaces being available). On-Site ADA Parking is available on the east side of the Reilly Arts Center and Recreation and Parks Administration office in Tuscawilla Park. The lot will be identified with ADA signs. Enter the ADA parking off NE Eighth Avenue by pulling through the Adult Activity Center parking lot. You must have an ADA placard to park in this area. This parking is free. Off-site Southeastern Livestock Pavilion has shuttle service to and from Tuscawilla Park. The first shuttle departs this location at 11:45 a.m. Shuttles will cycle approximately every 15 to 20 minutes. There is no wheelchair transportation available from the Livestock Pavilion. Additional Parking is available downtown with a short walk to the south ticketing gate (NE Sanchez in front of Discovery Center). These parking areas are public. The City of Ocala is not responsible for any issues arising from offsite parking. 4 Is this event ADA or wheel chair friendly? This is an outdoor festival in a park, so some areas of the festival are more accessible than others. The City of Ocala has made every possible effort to ensure there is adequate access to our patrons with disabilities to all areas of the event zone. The map below should provide general guidance on access routes, terrain, parking and restrooms that will best accommodate those with disabilities. If you require additional assistance with access during the event, please ask staff or volunteers for assistance with those accommodations. Is smoking permitted? Smoking will be permitted in designated areas only and not in VIP or general admission seating areas. We ask those who choose to smoke to be considerate of those who choose not to. Is this a cash only event or will you accept credit cards? We will accept cash or credit at the ticket booths and beverage booth. We will only accept cash at the merchandise booths. Many of our food vendors only accept cash. Our sponsor, Insight Credit Union will provide an ATM on site. What items are prohibited at the event? Weapons except as permitted per Florida Statutes. Squirt guns, nerf guns or dart guns that are not otherwise permitted per Florida Statutes Flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks Large chains, chained wallets or spiked jewelry. Facial or duster masks. Outside food or beverage including alcohol, excluding medical and infant nutrition.

5 Balloons, balls, inflatable balls, frisbees or flying disks Bicycles, skateboards, hover-boards, scooters (excluding ADA) or personal motorized vehicles Water guns, squirt guns, spray bottles or misters. Spray paint. Illegal or illicit substances, drugs or drug paraphernalia. Clothing with obscene or indecent clothing or images is prohibited. Stickers, fliers, banners or unsolicited, unapproved marketing material. Musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns. (Amplified sound is not permitted.) Professional cameras, flash cameras or video and audio recording equipment or camera poles. Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles unless approved by the City of Ocala. Laser pens, laser pointers or similar focused light devices. Beach umbrellas and personal tents. Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials. The City of Ocala reserves the right to change, modify, or alter any aspect of the festival including, without limitation, the appearance of any performer or artist, and/or the order of performance of any performer or artist, at any time, for any reason whatsoever, without any prior notice or compensation to ticket holders. You understand that the artists and/or lineup for the festival may be changed at any time at City s sole discretion and that such occurrence shall not, under any circumstances, entitle you to any claim whatsoever, including, but not limited to, a refund for your ticket.
