In compliance with the CKC we are unable to accept, cancel, alter, or substitute any entry reaching our trial secretary after the above time and date. These events are held under the rules of the Canadian Kennel Club. We will accept late entries up until one hour prior to the start of the trial if room permits. All indicated that they should be told in advance that dogs will be in the rooms. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the room. Exhibitors will be held responsible for any and all damages done by their dog(s). Please clean up after your dog(s). Blackstock, ON L0B 1B Eligibility To be eligible to compete in these trials a dog must be 18 months of age or older and have a CKC Registration number, ERN, PEN, CCN (Canine Companion Number) or MCN (Miscellaneous Certificate Number). Bitches in Season are not allowed to compete and will be refunded their entry and listing fees provided a Veterinarian s note stating that the bitch was in season within 10 days before the start of the trial and is submitted to the Trial Secretary on or before the day of the trial. Non-Member Participation Fee An annual non-member participation fee will apply to any exhibitor who is a Canadian resident and a non-member of the CKC earning awards/titles. In order to protect awards/titles earned the nonmember will have to pay $ tax for each dog being tracked by the CKC or become a CKC member within 30 days or notification. Failure to comply will result in loss of awards/titles. Foreign Exhibitors Please note that fees are due and payable in Canadian dollars. Discounted cheques will not be accepted. Cheques in US funds are accepted for the full amount of the entry and no exchange will be refunded. Please do not mark cheques payable in Canadian funds or at par. Bank drafts and money orders in Canadian funds are recommended.

4 Prizes and Ribbons Through the generosity of Purina, prizes will be offered for: Highest Combined Score from Std and JWW for each day (2 trials, 3 classes) at each level (Novice, Intermediate, Excellent, Masters, Veteran) and Highest Combined Score for Jumps and Ed Tunnels c each day (2 trials, 2 classes) The Bearded Collie Club of Canada is also pleased to offer a prize on June 15 and June 16 for the highest aggregate qualifying score from a Bearded Collie in both trials each day Flat ribbons will be awarded for qualifying scores and for 1 st through 4 th placements. New title rosettes will be available Other Information Equipment Familiarization will be available for the Novice dogs before the start of the first Novice STD class each day. Equipment: The Table, Teeter, Dog-Walk and A-Frame are all rubberized. Tire is breakaway style. 24 weave poles will be used. Timing is electronic. Food is available from the Orono Pathfinders on the show grounds both days No toys or treats allowed in the ring Please pick up after your dogs or risk excusal from the grounds No provision for inclement weather NSF cheques will be subject to a $25 service charge Judging schedules will be ed after the closing date Entries must include the correct fees and a signed liability agreement Move-ups will be allowed after the closing date and in between trials Classes run quicker with the more volunteers we have. Sign-up sheets will be available at the trials. We need course builders, scribe, timer, gate, leash runner, bar setters. Training provided!
