Dogs who measure into the 24 regular jump height division may not enter 24-choice. MEASURING and HEIGHT CARD INFORMATION All agility dogs are required to have an Official Jump Height Card and exhibitors must be able to present it prior to running their dog(s) in any class or at any time during the trial upon request. Dogs without a valid Jump Height Card may still compete; but they must be measured/wicketed by the Judge of Record PRIOR to running in their class and this measurement will be valid for this trial or back-to-back trials only. The exception to this requirement is a dog entered in the 24 or 26 height division. However, if a Volunteer Measuring Official (VMO) or an Agility Field Rep is present; ALL dogs without a valid Jump Height Card must be measured at some time during the trial or cluster of trials. This does not preclude having the dog wicketed by the Judge of Record if the VMO or Rep is not available to measure the dog before its first run of the trial or cluster of trials. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to have their dog measured prior to running and failure to do so will result in the cancellation of any qualifying scores. All measurements are effective immediately. Exception: Challenge measurements to Permanent Jump Height become effective when Challenge Measurement Process is complete (see Regulations). Dogs entered in Preferred Classes must run in measured Height Division - must be moved up or down to proper height that day. WAIT LIST After the closing date of December 19, the CSPC is offering a wait list to fill openings created by entries withdrawn after closing. A maximum of 20 entries will be placed on the wait list. All entries, including wait listed entries, must be received by the trial secretary prior to December 19, 6:00 PM. Any entries withdrawn prior to December 31, 2018, 6:00 PM will be replaced by a wait listed entry when available. A full refund will be given for withdrawn entries when a wait listed entry is available to replace the withdrawn entry. For any wait listed entry that does not move off the wait list into the trial by December 31 the entry and check will be shredded. For wait listed entries that all entries are not accepted a refund will be issued for entries not accepted. Enter On Line Using LabTestedOnline.com Go to the LabTestedOnline home page and follow the instructions to enter these trials on line. During the first 48 hours after opening, the initial limit of entries designated as either online or paper will be as follows: 100 online entries and 560 paper entries each day. If either form of entry (paper or online) has not filled at the end of the 48 hour time period, the club reserves the right to decrease or increase either one accordingly. COURSE FAMILIARIZATION, TIMING AND WARM UP Handlers in all classes are permitted to walk the course, without a dog, during a walk-through period held prior to the start of the class. The walk-through is restricted to handlers entered in that class only. Handlers with multiple dogs, at events with multiple rings may request to walk with a height group other than the one their dog is entered in if a conflict is imminent. A warm-up area, consisting of a regulation agility jump, will be provided for exhibitors. The warm-up area is to be used exclusively for warming up the dog and not for training or relieving of the dog. Electronic timing devices may be used. DOGS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER This trial is open to all dogs 15 months of age and older that are registered with the American Kennel Club or are registerable breeds that have obtained an AKC ILP/PAL number or an AKC Canine Partners listing number. Dogs should be physically sound. Dogs that are blind or deaf shall not be eligible, and neither are bitches in season, aggressive dogs, or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury, or illness which may affect the dog s physical or mental performance. No dog shall compete if it is taped or bandaged in any way or has anything attached to it for medical purposes. Refer to Chapter 2 of the Registration and Discipline Rules for the listing of registerable breeds that may participate. Puppies under four months of age are strictly prohibited from the trial grounds. Dogs with a Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC Canine Partners listing number must be spayed or neutered in order to compete. Wherever the word 'dog' is used in these regulations it includes both sexes. Canine Partners are allowed entry into this set of trials. MOVE UPS Move-Up entries for Saturday, January 5 will be accepted for dogs that have completed a title after the closing date December 19, 2018 at 6:00:00 PM. MST. notification of move ups is acceptable, with return receipt verification from the secretary. Either Move Up forms or s must be completed and delivered to the Trial Secretary prior to 6:00 PM, Monday December 31, Move-up entries for Saturday, January 5, and/or Sunday Jan 6 must be delivered to the Trial Secretary, within 30 minutes of the conclusion of judging of each class on Saturday at the trial site. "(Effective June 1, 2010). A dog which has been entered in a Novice "A" class for which it is not eligible to be entered in due to class restrictions on the dog or handler may be moved to the Novice "B" class under the following conditions: The request for the move must be in writing and presented to the superintendent or trial secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial. The request must state the reason and justification for the move from Novice "A" class to the Novice "B" class." Please consult the AKC Regulations for Agility Trials for a complete description and eligibility for entry into these classes. The exhibitor is fully responsible for entering the dog in the correct class(es)/height divisions. Dogs running in a lower height division than they are eligible for will be eliminated. After the close of entries a dog may be moved down in their class level (ie, Master to Excellent). The request for the move to the class for which the dog is eligible must be in writing and submitted to the superintendent or trial secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial. OBSTACLES Obstacles will meet the specifications for obstacles in the current edition of the Regulations for Agility Trials CRATING Crating will be restricted to the arena floor. No crating is allowed in the bleachers or bleacher area. No dog may be tethered or tied in the bleacher section. The show site committee reserves the right to alter the crating arrangements for space purposes. Ex-pens may be used for two or more dogs only. Please be prepared to stack crates. No personal chairs will be allowed in the crating area. Exhibitors with disabilities will be accommodated.

If you would like to volunteer to work this trial, the trial secretary will be ing a link to all exhibitors around the closing of the trial. All dogs must be walked on lead at all times. DO NOT leave dogs unattended inside motel rooms. Please crate your dogs while in motel rooms. The future for using these motels for all Dog Sports is in your hands. PLEASE do not damage any motel rooms or their surrounding areas. Bring your own cover for the bed- if your dog gets on the bed. Your cooperation will ensure the future availability of the area motels. Failure to comply with these simple courtesies are grounds for show committee review, which can result in suspension of AKC privileges and prohibit participation in all future CSPC events. RV SPACES AT DOUGLAS COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS RV reservations are required for ALL RV'S including Dry Camping. There are over 15 spaces with electrical hookups available for $15 per night. There are 2 separate dry camping areas available at no charge, one for campers with exhaust diverters and one for those without. No water or sewer hook-ups are available. A sanitary sewer dump station is not available. Reservations must be made with Brenda Douglass, , brdouglass@comcast.net CSPC does not guarantee availability at this motel or RV facilities. ROUTES TO THE TRIAL FROM I-25: Take the PLUM CREEK PKWY exit, EXIT 181. Turn east onto PLUM CREEK PKWY. Turn LEFT onto FAIRGROUNDS RD Use Gate E to enter the area. Parking is on the East and West sides of the building. Building Availability for Exhibitor Set-up The building will be available for set-up Friday evening, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. ONLY. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING PRIOR TO 3:30 p.m. Exhibitors must exit the building by 5:00 p.m. so arrive with enough time to be done with set-up by 5:00 p.m. No exhibitor set-up will be allowed until the trial committee has established ring and club areas.

4 NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Fees must accompany entries. Exhibitors are responsible for complete, accurate and legible information on their entry forms. A returned check will invalidate an entry. Entries not on Official AKC Entry Forms and Photocopies of Entry Forms without Agreement & Rules attached to the Official AKC entry form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Entries received without fees will not be accepted. No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Express Mail entries must contain a signature waiver. No Refund for duplicate entries. Every effort to find all duplicate entries will be made; however if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. Errors on Entry forms: Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after published closing date. Make All Checks and Money Orders payable to CSPC, Inc. Canadian Exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. Funds. Trial Secretary assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Changes, additions, or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing prior to the close of entries. Those received by telephone are not acceptable. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. This club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the Official AKC entry form for this event. Safety of the dogs is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and are able to perform all of the obstacles safely. Due to space limitations, personal chairs will not be allowed in the crating areas or ringside. The building has ample stadium seating for viewing both rings. Exhibitors with disabilities will be accommodated. There will be crating area available at the show grounds. The Show Site Committee reserves the right to alter crating arrangements for space purposes. Exhibitors are responsible for the conditions in and around their own crate. Expens may be used for two or more dogs only. No dogs will be permitted to stay overnight at the show site. No unattended dogs may be left in the stands. No dog may be tethered or tied in the bleacher section. Keep dogs away from horses at all times. All dogs must be on leash at all times except when in the ring or when in the designated warm-up area. It is expressly understood that the exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dog(s), guest(s), and children. Any exhibitor whose dog(s), guest(s), and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the trial committee, be asked to leave the trial site. In such case, no refund of fees paid will be made. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by action of the Trial Committee. Bitches in season are not permitted at the trial. A refund of all but $10.00 per trial of entry fees for bitches that come into season before these trials take place will be refunded provided the Trial Secretary receives notice from a veterinarian in writing prior to the start of judging on the first day of each trial. No entry fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strike and/or any other cause beyond the control of the Club and Show Secretary. CSPC may cancel this event due to extreme weather conditions. All regulations governing the use of this facility, and all regulations and decisions of the trial committee at this trial will be strictly enforced, including and not limited to the recorded information of this premium list. Columbine State Poodle Club, Inc (CSPC), their agents, employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or their dogs, or property and further assume no responsibility for injury to guests and/or children. CSPC may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to receive or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness or other cause, and no one shall have any claim or recourse against CSPC or any official thereof. Dogs may arrive any time prior to judging. Dogs not needed for further judging will be excused. Judges are not required to wait for dogs. The Owner of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when it is to be judged. The Club has no responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. All dogs that have not been officially measured for an Agility Jump Height Card may still compete; however, they must be measured by a Judge of record, an Agility Field Representative, or a Volunteer Measuring Official, prior to running. If measured by the Judge of record, that measurement will be valid for this trial or back-to-back trials only. If a measurement is necessary, it is the exhibitor's responsibility to have their dog(s) measured prior to running. Dogs listed in the AKC Canine Partners SM program may be eligible to enter all-breed AKC agility trials at the club s option. These dogs should be listed as All American Dog and must include their AKC number on the entry form and check the AKC No. box. Junior Handlers should enter their Junior Handler number on the front of this form. Should you not have your Junior Handler number, it may be obtained from the American Kennel Club (919) If the Junior Handler is not the owner of the dog identified on the face of this form, what is the relationship of the Junior Handler to the Owner?
