DIRECTIONS TO TEST/TRIAL LOCATION HADO-BAR Farm Nova Ohio is about 20 minutes North of Ashland and an hour Southwest of Cleveland at the intersection of Routes 224 E - W and 511 N S. from Route 71 go West. From Michigan take I75 to the Ohio Turnpike East toward Cleveland. Exit at Gate 7, which is Route 250 South. Take Route 250 South to Route 224, then East on 224. From the North on Route 20 take Routes 301, 58 or 511 South to 224 and turn West. From Ashland, where the motels are, take Route250 North to Route 224 and turn East. County Road 1171 is about 2 miles West of Route 511 and a little less East of Route 250. Turn South and it s the 1 st farm on the right. For permanent possession, this trophy must be won three times by the identical owner(s), not necessarily with the same dog. The trophy will remain in the possession of the club until won outright. HIGH COMBINED Pembroke Welsh Corgi with the highest combined qualifying scores in the duck and sheep: Chair with herding design IN HONOR OF REBA CHALLENGE TROPHY, A bronze study of a Pembroke Welsh Corgi herding sheep mounted on a wood trophy base. Donated by Pokies Country Kennel to be awarded to the High Combined qualifying score (all stock, all courses, all days) winner at the PWCCA National Specialty Herding Trial, in honor of WTCH HTCH HC Pokies Country Gal, HXAsdc HRDIII HTADIII NAP NJP CD TD, Reba. For permanent possession, this trophy must be won three times by the identical owner(s), not necessarily with the same dog. A wooden plaque, also donated by Pokies Country Kennel, will be given each year to the winner.

ERRORS ON ENTRY FORMS: Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms (whoever may make such errors) and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. DECLINED ENTRIES: The PWCCA may decline any entries and may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other cause and no one shall have any claim against the aforementioned mentioned club or any official thereof. Notice to All Exhibitors Those exhibitors who complete a title at the specialty and who desire recognition at the event will be presented with a commemorative rosette provided they present to the event chair or secretary a current printout of points/legs from AKC demonstrating that their qualifying run(s) at this event completes a title. Rosettes for titles less than Champion level will be available at ringside of the event. Those exhibitors completing a prefix title (example: Ch., OTCH, CT, HC, MACH, PACH), and who desire recognition will be presented with a special commemorative rosette provided they present the AKC printout of points/legs to the event chair that demonstrates that their win will complete a Championship title. These rosettes will be individually presented at the Saturday, September 27, 2014 evening awards banquet. Food and Drink at the Herding Events Lunch will be available for purchase by Northeast Ohio Sheltie Rescue. Please give them your support. 8 Print clearly so that your acknowledgment and judging schedule may be ed AGREEMENT I (we) acknowledge that the Rules Applying to Registration and Dog Shows and the Rules for Herding Tests & Trials have been made available to me (us), and that I (we) agree that the club holding this Herding Test or Trial has the right to refuse this entry for cause, which the club shall deem to be sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of the Herding Test or Trial and of the opportunity to have the dog tested or judged and to win prize money, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold this club, its members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or show secretary and the owner or lessor of the premises and any employees of the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the Herding Test or Trial premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim for damage or injury to the dog, whether such loss, disappearance, theft, damage or injury, be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the club or any of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other causes. I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves) or on account of damages to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this Herding Test or Trial, howsoever such injuries, death or damage to property may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents, or any other persons. I (we) will pay for any livestock injuries or replacement value in the event of death of any livestock by my (our) dog. In case of any injury to any stock caused by the dog entered, I (we) will assume total responsibility for any damage. I (we) agree to pay the full market value of the injured animal in case of serious injury, or the veterinarian bill if the injury is slight. I (WE) AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ENTRY, EXHIBITION OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT BETWEEN AKC AND MY SELF (OURSELVES) OR AS TO THE CONSTRUCTION, INTERPRETATION AND EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE SETTLED BY ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE RULE OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION.
