Critiques will be made available on the day of the Show and will not be mailed to exh ibitors. Only Rottweilers who are iden tifiabl e by microchip may be entered. Identification of dogs will be performed in a marshaling area b esid e the ring. Scanners will be used for this purpose, but th e onu s is on the exhibitor to p rove iden tification. Dogs/Bitches entered in the wron g (or non -existing) class will automatically be placed in the Op en class. Entry numbers and sh ow catalogs to be collected from the show secretary on the day of the Sh ow, before the show startin g time. All entries to adh ere strictly to age limitations. Please be present at least 15 minu tes before your class for identification in the marshalling area. Th e Committee reserves the right to appoint an alternative Judge at its discretion. Any person wish ing to enter th e p remises and / or make use of the facilities and / or exhibit or sp ectate at the p remises may only do so at their own risk. 4 ANNEXURE A REQUIREMENTS FOR GRAND VICTOR TITLES (As per item 6 of Schedule 5E(18) - Regulations for the Rottweiler Grand Victor and Junior Grand Victor Competition) 6.1 Entrants for the Junior Grand Victor competition shall be between twelve (12) and under twenty four (24) months of age on the first day of the Show. In addition shall be entered into either the Junior or Graduate class respectively with a minimum grading of SG1, awarded only on the day of the Show If either the Graduate or Junior class winner receives a higher grading or award (RCC or CC) over the other, shall automatically be awarded the Junior Grand Victor title offered for each respective sex. Entrants to the Grand Victor Competition must have been graded V1 awarded only on the day/s of the show If all V1 graded dogs over the age of (24) months are defeated by an entrant under the age of (24) months, the RCC winner should contend the title if over the age of (24) months together with the V1 graded Champion Class winner. If both CC and RCC winners are under the age of (24) months all V1 graded dogs over the age of (24) months must compete for the title together with the V1 graded Champion Class winner All entrants for the title of Grand Victor must be twenty-four (24) months or older on the first day of the Show. JUDGING (As per item 7 of Schedule 5E(18) - Regulations for the Rottweiler Grand Victor and Junior Grand Victor Competition) 7.1. Judging shall be as at a Specialist Rottweiler Club Championship Show with the first four (4) dogs being placed in each section of the Competition. The Junior Grand Victor Competitions shall be judged before the Grand Victor Competitions all GV titles are to be awarded before Best Puppy In Show, Best In Show and Reserve Best In Show. All Rottweiler Grand Victor Shows shall be grading and critiquing shows. 7.2 Only V graded dogs may compete for the CC and RCC. 7.3 All dogs entering the ring shall be positively identified by microchip against the catalogue, no dogs may enter the ring before being positively identified in the marshalling area. In cases where positive identification is not possible (no chip can be located) the dogs details are to be documented on the relevant Identification discrepancy form and the disclaimer signed by the owner/authorised agent of the dog before entering the ring. The owner/authorised agent of the dog has 60 days to re-microchip the dog and inform both KUSA and the relevant show holding club. The show holding club must send a copy of the signed Identification discrepancy form to the RBC ID convenor and the update of the new microchip number once received. The RBC ID convenor will maintain a national spreadsheet which will be updated and distributed to all clubs once any updates/additions have been received. Any awards/qualifications/prizes may be withheld or cancelled until the RBC ID convenor and KUSA have received the new ID number. 7.4 All dogs re-entering the ring for awards must be re identified before re-entering. 7.5 Dogs may be awarded V gradings from the Junior class (Only for truly exceptional exhibits)
