2 Report Parameters All data contained in this report were pulled on April 1, 2013, and include all Rapid Rehousing Programs that have been implemented in the District of Columbia CoC since January 1, Where necessary this report distinguishes households receiving prevention services from households receiving homeless assistance services. Within those categories, it further distinguishes single person households from family households.
