DOG ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE *Before you begin our application to adopt, please read and initial the following that you understand and agree: I understand that it takes an extended period of time for the dog to get adjusted to his or her new environment, sometimes up to 3 months, and I am willing to work with the dog through this transitional period. Initial: Returns cannot be dropped off at the facility unannounced and need to be coordinated through Erin or Adrienne. Please note that sometimes placement of a returning animal can take up to a couple of weeks to accommodate dependent on space and the individual needs of a returning animal. Adoption fees are made by cash, paypal or etransfer and non-refundable as adoptions and returns take time and resources to process, care for, re-train and adopt out again. Please keep in mind, we put A LOT of time & effort into our dogs. Although we understand that sometimes things do not always work out due to unforeseen circumstance, we encourage adopters to reach out for help if they are having any issues with their new adopted pet as we can often assist by providing resources for training and advice.
