4 DDITIONL TEST/TRIL REGULTIONS We ask the cooperation of exhibitors in helping keep the Test location as clean as possible in order for us to retain the use of this facility for future Tests/Trials. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian, judge or tester or barred from competition by the Test Committee. If, because of riots, civil disturbance, or other acts beyond control of the Club, it is impossible to open or complete the tests, no refund of entry will be made. Dogs must be ready for their classes. Test/Trial judges have the authority to refuse to judge any dog that does not appear within five minutes of being called for its run. The Test/Trial-giving Club and the Test/Trial Secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the arena when required. The club may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to receive or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other causes, and no one shall have any claim or recourse against the club or any official thereof. Exhibitors must be governed by any rules or regulations of civil authority, building and restrictions. Vehicles parked contrary to regulation will be subject to towing at the owner s expense. 5 The HPC Salutes Pumik ualifying for a CHIC Number The Hungarian Pumi Club of merica is proud of their members dogs who have completed all their recommended health tests for their Pumi and agreed to have the results released to the public domain. The dog must also have a permanent identification, such as a tattoo or microchip. When all the tests are completed, the dog receives a CHIC (Canine Health Information Center) number. The required tests are for Hip Dysplasia (xray), Patellar Luxation (exam), Primary Lens Luxation (DN), and Degenerative Myelopathy (DN). The CHIC number does not imply normal test results, only that all tests were performed and made public.
