DIRECTIONS (the bridge on Gobles Rd is closed) From Toronto: Hwy 401 to Oxford Rd 29 (exit 250). Left over 401, right on Gobles Rd (first road). Right on Twp Rd 3, 1 st farm on right. Payment for online entries must be paid by PayPal, with a $1 surcharge per entry to cover PayPal fees, or by etransfer with no surcharge. GENERAL INFORMATION ON EVENTS All UKC rule books may be found here: group=de Help filling out the entry form Fill out club, dates, and dog and owner info. Check any PTs you want to enter, if any. You must have (or enter) the PT (or NASCW ORT) for the level that you are entering in the element trials. Check the elements you want to enter you can enter 2 trials in the same square if the element and level is the same for both. Check the level you are competing in (ie Novice, Advanced, etc). Check whether you are in A or B you can check the rule book for the definitions of A and B. Ignore the Handler Discrimination and Nosework Trials boxes. Any special instructions can be written across the bottom, or on the side (such as PT1 & 2 in Trial 1, and PT3 & 4 in Trial 2). 4 1. Nosework trials will include a pre-trial for the levels being run. Dogs need to pass the pre-trial for the level they are competing in. Dogs may be entered prior to passing, but must pass the pre-trial prior to competing that day. If the dog has passed on ORT in the applicable odor please submit a copy of proof. 2. Individual element classes are divided into Levels N - E and further divided into A and B sections depending on the experience of the dog and/or handler. Be sure to check the rules regarding the divisions. For these classes, dogs will only be searching the elements chosen. 3. Full Nosework Trials are divided into Levels N - E and further divided into A and B sections depending on the experience of the dog and/or handler. These trials contain all four elements. Each element passed earns a leg toward a title in that element. 4. Handler Discrimination. One glove will be used and must be provided by the handler. 5. All entries must be submitted on the current Official UKC Nosework Trial Entry Form. 6. Use a separate entry form for each dog entered in a club's event. 7. Nosework events are open to all UKC registered breeds and mixed-breed dogs with a valid Performance Listing/Limited Privilege number/permanent Registration/Temporary Listing. 8. We want you to keep the points earned at UKC Licensed events. Important things to remember: All dogs entering UKC events must be permanently registered, have a valid Temporary Listing Number, or a Performance Listing/Limited Privilege number. Dog not UKC registered? Apply for a Temporary Listing Number (TL) online at or call the Dog Events Department at (269) (TL fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and do not apply to the cost of permanent registration.) All entry forms must be completed and signed. Incorrect information submitted on the entry form may invalidate your wins. I have read and agree to the waiver on this form. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or firearms will be allowed on the grounds or in the buildings on the day of a UKC Licensed event. UKC, its agents and employees, and the host club assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by spectators or by exhibitors and handlers, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children not under the control of their parents or guardians. UKC and the host club are not responsible for loss, accidents or theft. By signing this form, I hereby agree to waive any claim, action, or lawsuit, and further agree to indemnify and hold UKC,the host club, event volunteers, and any approved UKC Judge and/or certifying official harmless from any claims, actions or lawsuits resulting from my participation in this event, and any action, decision or judgment made by any UKC or host club representative or approved Judge/Certifying Official under the official UKC Rules and Regulations governing this event. I acknowledge that the current Official UKC Rules and Regulations for Nosework have been made available to me, and that I am familiar with their contents.
