These rules may be called the Haryana Veterinary (Group A) Service (Amendment) Rules. 20()2 2. (2) after sub-rule (4), the following sub-rule shall he added at the end, namely :- "(5) No Veterinary Surgeon shall he promoted to the post of Suh-Divisi()ual Officer, Animal Husbandry/ equivalent post unless he has served in rural area atleast for a period of 5 years.".
