Topic In the world of project controls the saying The only thing that s constant is Change is all too true.

In this session we will explore a number of different implementation approaches for tracking change within the Deltek Cobra application in conjunction with a scheduling application.

In addition, we will take a look at some of Cobra s new functionality that makes a big impact in how changes are tracked.

2 Topic In the world of project controls the saying The only thing that s constant is Change is all too true. The accurate tracking and reporting on change in a project is extremely important to a project s success. In this session we will explore a number of different implementation approaches for tracking change within the Deltek Cobra application in conjunction with a scheduling application. The pros and cons of each approach will be discussed and how to determine what is the best way for your organization. In addition, we will take a look at some of Cobra s new functionality that makes a big impact in how changes are tracked. Bio Keith Anderson leads the Implementation and Technology practice at Prime Project Management.
