10 Program eligibility Each attendee must be: A. a veterinary student who has completed at least 3 years of study at a veterinary college in China or Taiwan; OR B. a recent graduate who received a 4- or 5-year veterinary education degree from a veterinary college in China or Taiwan in 2015 or any subsequent year.
