Terms & condition 1) A telephone enquiry/ provisional booking is not accepted as a booking.to reserve a place for any dog. We require a 25% of booking fee deposit. Which is nonrefundable and a booking is only accepted on receivement of your deposit and booking form. 2) If collection is made between 9:30/11:30 am, no charge will be made for that day. Collections after 11:30 am will be charged. 3) Please contact to arrange a viewing we are very flexible on viewings. 4) Dogs can only be accepted on condition they have been fully inoculated against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvo, virus and infectious Bronchitis (Kennel cough) within the last twelve months and not less than two weeks prior to your stay, the certificated must be shown on arrival for your stay at poochy paradise 5) Beds will be supplied or the customer may bring their own, NOTE: we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to customer s belongings, i.e. Any type of bedding, toys, leads etc. we reserve the right to dispose of any customer property which we deem to be a risk to the dog, including soiled beds, damaged toys that pose a chocking risk.in such an event, we are not liable for replacing the item. 6) In order for your dog s stay to have as minimum disruption to their routine, we ask you to provide their normal food for the time they are with us.

4 7) Should any dog be found hosting fleas, the person responsible for collecting the dog will at time of collection, be liable for all costs of treating the dog and surrounding environment considered necessary by the owners of poochy paradise. 8) It is emphasised that whilst every care and attention is given, the proprietors accept no responsibility for injury due to your dog s behaviour whilst boarding in our kennels. 9) Refunds cannot be made for early returns. In the event of a dog not been collected within 7 days, we will try to trace/communicate with the owner/contact before proceeding with legal action. 10) All dogs must be fit, in sound condition and of a pleasant disposition when entering poochy paradise. In the event of your dog falling ill during boarding, we reserve the right to call in a veterinary surgeon. All costs for this are to be paid by the owner. This will include any veterinary call out charges, transportation etc. It is the owner s responsibility to insure there are sufficient funds to cover this. The proprietors reserve the right to turn away which they feel is not suitable to be boarded. 11) Dogs showing sign of kennel cough or any other contagious disease will be turned away. 12) Whilst every possible care and attention is given to each pet boarding with us, it is boarding entirely at the owner s risk. Any pets sharing accommodation, should we feel they need to be separate them in the interests of the animal own safety, a relevant charge for the extra accommodation will be incurred. 13) Any current ongoing problems with a pet s health or temperament must be notified to us at time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any pet that we consider to be of any unreliable temperament, or sick at the start of the boarding. 14) Please note that all pets are covered by pet insurance whilst in our care, excluding fees for death in connection with any condition prior to boarding, or the cost of cremation. 15) All remaining fees payable on drop of at poochy paradise except for priory arrangement. We accept cash or card. We do not accept cheques. Declaration The information I have given in this booking in form is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
