4 Strawberry s Day Care Terms & Conditions Days charged All days booked will be charged for. Don t forget we do have a of half a day reduction price for canine s collected by 12 noon or who are booked to do an afternoon session between 1pm- 6pm. When I want to book, what happens next? Upon booking, your payment will be required to secure your canine s place. You can either pay in cash or you can pay via credit or Debit Card in advance over the phone or at the Centre. Once booked, we will send you a booking conformation or text which ever your request at the time of booking. We suggest , as this is the best form of tracking your bookings should you need to. Refunds All payments are non-refundable. Only in extreme circumstances will Wagging Tails look to issue a refund, or if we are able to find a canine to take your space. If you feel a refund is required please request in writing or via . Your request will be looked into and a reply issued within seven days. Health A condition of using Strawberry s Day Care Centre, is that your canine is in a fit and healthy condition and has proof of up to date vaccinations. If, however your canine falls ill whilst with us s/he will be taken the best care of. Please ensure the veterinary release form is completed so we have your permission to act on your behalf in your absence. canines are left in our care at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken, the management cannot be liable for illness, injury or death of any canine in their care. canine s must be fully inoculated against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus and Parainfluenza and must have had their booster injection within the twelve months. Checking In All your s and your canine s details are logged on our canine Admin software including any special needs, vets, details, medication and dietary requirements. All canine s must be fully vaccinated and hold a valid certificate that must be presented on arrival as a condition of entering to register with our day care Centre. You only have to provide this once a year. We will take a photocopy of it for our file.

5 SEPRATION TERMS We do retain the right to separate any canine should there be any problems between them and a fellow canine eg fighting, or grouchy behavior, too if your canine becomes ill etc. If anything like this was to occur we will always let you know by phone. PEAK PERIODS Our peak periods are all Half terms, Easter, School Holidays, Christmas and New Year. BANK HOLIDAYS We will be open on bank holidays unless otherwise stated. Keep and eye out on our notice board in the office. OPENING TIMES AND VISITING US Please feel free to come and view our Day Care Centre. Have a look around by either visiting our website or by popping in to see us? You are very welcome during opening hours and no appointment is required. Opening Hours: Monday Friday: 7am - 6pm. BELONGINGS Everything your canine requires for his/her day stay here is provided. We have bedding, dishes and toys. We ask you not to send your canine in with personal items as we cannot be responsible for these. FOOD Some canines are very active here and need more food than they normally would at home. We ask you to feed your canine before dropping him or her to the Centre in the morning or afternoon. However, for younger dogs for example puppies they will eat throughout the day at more frequent times. Therefore, if your canine will require a meal during the day please let us know. We will ask you to bag up and supply the required food amount which we are happy to then feed to your canine.

6 CARE canines are cared for at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken the Management will not be liable for illness, injury or the death of any animal in their charge. Please see attached veterinary authorization form. We do require this to be signed. NON COLLECTION OF A CANINE As sad as this above term is to write, you can never say never! The customer agrees that if their canine is not collected within 7 days of the date on which it is due to leave Wagging Tails. The owner gives authority to Wagging Tails to seek professional association support of the RSPCA and to hand the dog over to their care. We hope this will never happen to any canine in our care, but it is important that we tell you how we will handle this situation should it ever arise.
