3 Canine & Feline Neutering Packages As long as we have seen your pet in the past 6 weeks, the traveling fee and brief exam is included with the package; if however we have not, an Exam with Traveling Fee will be additional to the package. All pets must be current on a Rabies Vaccination to have surgery. Dental Cleaning Package (<25lbs) $325 Ultrasonic scaling, Subgingival Curettage, Polish& Fluoride Comprehensive Oral Exam performed Dental Cleaning Package (26-50lbs) $340 Ultrasonic scaling, Subgingival Curettage, Polish& Fluoride Comprehensive Oral Exam Performed Dental Cleaning Package (51-75) $350 is add l cost Dental Cleaning and Comprehensive Oral Exam Performed Dental Cleaning Package (76-100) $380 is add l cost Dental Cleaning and Comprehensive Oral Exam Performed Dental Cleaning Package ( ) $400 is add l cost Dental Cleaning and Comprehensive Oral Exam Performed Feline Dental Cleaning Package $310 Ultrasonic scaling, Subgingival Curettage, Polish& Fluoride Comprehensive Oral Exam Performed Extraction Pricing Extractions are only ever performed if the diseased tooth cannot be saved and the patient would benefit if the diseased tooth is extracted. Extraction pricing varies on how difficult the extraction will be. This cannot be determined until the patient is under anesthesia and Dr. Brandy can get a closer look at the teeth. Extractions are an additional cost and will be discussed at the time of the dental cleaning. Antibiotics Antibiotics are not always sent home with the patient; however, if Dr. Brandy sees that the patient would benefit from antibiotics due to the condition of the oral cavity, there will be an additional charge- you will be informed before medication is dispensed. Extended Pain Management Package (EPM) $50 If any extractions are performed it is highly recommended that the patient receives the pain management package. The EPM package includes a 24 hour pain injection at the time of the dental and 5 days of pain medication to go home with the patient. 5

6 Euthanasia Pricing Because we know how hard it is to make this difficult decision, all traveling costs and injections are included in the euthanasia cost.
