NOTE: $ cleaning fee will be charged to anyone caught smoking in their room. Room rate is $99.00 plus tax per night. NO 800 numbers or Internet reserva ons. Per the YTCA s contract with the hotel: 1. Animals must be kenneled at all mes when the occupant is not in the room. All X pens must be placed on plas c, which the occupant must provide. Rooms will be inspected by housekeeping each day, REGARDLESS of a Do Not Disturb sign being placed on the door. Any violators will be brought to the a en on of the Show Commi ee. 2. A $75.00 pet deposit is required upon check in. Upon checkout, hotel staff will inspect rooms. If no extra cleaning charge is required, $50.00 will be refunded via check or credit card reimbursement. 3. A $75.00 fee will be assessed to any individual not abiding to the outdoor No Dogs Allowed areas. 4. While on hotel grounds & in public areas, dogs must be kept on leash for the protec on of hotel guests. Dogs are not allowed in restaurants. Prompt cleanup a er your dogs is mandatory. HOUSEKEEPING We ask all exhibitors to be efficient in keeping their rooms neat and clean and to be gracious to hotel staff and management. The show commi ee "Will be in daily contact with the housekeeping staff to monitor situa ons, which require interven on. Par cipants who do not comply with hotel and show site rules will be required to leave the premises. The Board of Directors of the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America will act as liaison for the hotel and be called upon to inves gate any complaints. A report that an exhibitor at this show has abused ANY hotel OR off site property during the week may result in disciplinary ac on. Puppy, 6 months & under 9 months Puppy, 9 months & under 12 months 12 months and under 15 months 15 months and under 18 months **12 months and under 18 months (OVYTCK) Classifications The following classes will be provided for both dogs and bitches (Novice Classes not offered) (*Amateur Owner Handler not offered for OVYTCK) Best of Breed Competition *Amateur Owner Handler Bred by Exhibitor American Bred Open WINNERS Non-Regular (Additional) Classes Involving Single Dog Entries (YTCA) Veteran Dog Class: A Class for Dogs seven (7) years or older. Veteran Bitch Class: A Class for Bitches seven (7) years or older. Entries in the Veterans classes may be spayed or neutered. Winners of the veterans classes (and who have not been defeated in another class) are eligible to compete in Best of Breed Compe on. September 18 22,

12 Non-Regular (Additional) Classes Involving Multiple Dog Entries (YTCA) Stud Dog Class For Stud Dogs and two of their Get. It is not necessary that the Get be under the same ownership as that of the Stud Dog. The Stud Dog may be entered in one of the Regular Classes or, if a Champion of Record, in Best of Breed compe on, but must be entered in the Stud Dog class. The Get must be entered in one of the Regular Classes or, if a Champion of Record, in Best of Breed compe on. The Stud Dog shall be considered one entry and requires one entry fee, this being the regular fee plus the addi onal class fee if the Stud Dog is entered in another class.) The Stud Dog must be shown in the ring with the Get. The class will be judged based on the merits of the Get. While the merits of the Stud Dog are not to be considered in the placement of the entry, the Stud Dog must be examined to determine if it has a condi on that would require its disqualifica on or excusal under the dog show rules, AKC policy, or the standard of the breed. Brood Bitch Class same as for Stud Dog except subs tute Brood Bitch for Stud Dog and Produce for Get. *As the judge's decision in the Stud Dog & Brood Bitch classes will be based on the merits of more than one dog or bitch, no one of the dogs or bitches making up the entry judged first in the class will be eligible to compete for Best of Breed by virtue of having won either of these classes. 13 New for Memphis (YTCA) Junior Showmanship Novice Junior Class shall be for boys and girls who are at least 9 years old and under 12 years old on the day of the show and who at the time entries close have not won three (3) first place awards, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show. Novice Intermediate Class shall be for boys and girls who are at least 12 years old and under 15 years old on the day of the show and who at the time entries close have not won three (3) first place awards, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show. Novice Senior Class shall be for boys and girls who are at least 15 years old and under 18 years old on the day of the show and who at the time entries close have not won three (3) first place awards, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show. Open Junior Class shall be for boys and girls who are at least 9 years old and under 12 years old on the day of the show and who at the time entries close have won three (3) first place awards, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show. Open Intermediate Class shall be for boys and girls who are at least 12 years old and under 15 years old on the day of the show and who at the time entries close have won three (3) first place awards, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show. Open Senior Class shall be for boys and girls who are at least 15 years old and under 18 years old on the day of the show and who at the time entries close have won three (3) first place awards, with competition present, in a Novice Class at a licensed or member show. Master Class for boys & girls who are at least 9 years old and under 18 years on the day of the show, and who have won the 10 first place wins in an Open Class with competition to be eligible to enter the Limited Class Competition.
