19 This scorebook is an official document that must accompany the dog with each transfer of ownership. Any falsification or withholding of this scorebook my lead to disqualification and/or suspension of the dog and/or owner. When entering a dog in a trial, the number of this scorebook must be on the entry form. During the trial the judge will fill out the score sheet, sign it, and note observations if necessary. One copy of the score sheet goes to NARA, one copy is given to the club, and one copy goes with the scorebook of the dog. NARA will provide the scorebook mentioned above to the owner on request. NARA may inspect the scorebook at any time, and may revoke it if there is just cause. By having this scorebook, the owner of the dog formally accepts the rules and decisions of NARA. The owner is responsible for all his/her actions and that of his/her dog. The owner is financially responsible for these actions, and shall not have claim with NARA or its clubs. Only NARA recognized French Ring events can be entered into this scorebook. Any non-nara recognized French Ring events entered into this book will be removed per NARA policies. Entry of non-nara recognized French Ring events in the scorebook may result in the scorebook being revoked.
