A fee of $25.00 will be levied on all Declined Credit Cards & NSF Cheques. ATTENTION FOREIGN EXHIBITORS Please note at fees are due and payable in Canadian dollars. Due to consistently fluctuating currency rates, discounted cheques will not be accepted. Personal cheques will be accepted, however, ey are to be payable in Canadian funds. If you send a cheque in US funds, it must be made out for e full amount of e entry and no exchange will be refunded to e exhibitor. Please do not mark cheques Payable in Canadian Funds or At Par. They will not be cleared by e banks. To simplify e process, we urge at you purchase bank drafts or money orders payable in Canadian funds. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated. CKC NON-MEMBER PARTICIPATION FEE The Non-Member Participation Fee applies to dogs wholly owned by a resident of Canada who is not a member of e CKC; it is not applicable to CKC members or dogs co-owned wi a CKC member. In order for e title to be awarded, e non-member will have a choice to eier become a CKC member or pay e Non-Member Participation Fee. Failure to comply wiin 30 days of notification will result in e title being wiheld and e dog cannot be moved up to e next level. The Non-Member Participation Fee is fee paid in e calendar year (January December) in which e dog achieved its title and/or titles. Saturday, September 17, 2016 Show #4 Rules for Owner Handled Competition We are trying to keep e rules as simple as possible. 1. Owner Handled Box must be checked on entry form for Sat. Sept 17 - Show #4. (A * will indicate each OH dog listed in bo e catalogue and on e Judging sheets.) 2. This is open to all non-professional owner-handler. Dogs must be OH roughout e competition. 3. Judging of OH will take place after Breed Judging Competition. 4. OH Best of Breed will be selected from e dogs eligible to compete for BB. 5. If e BB is OH it will automatically be e OH BB. 6. If ineligible, en e next highest OH placement will compete against e eligible dogs of e opposite sex. 7. Should none of e BB competitive dogs be OH en any OH dogs (not directly or indirectly defeated in e classes by an OH dog) will be invited back. 8. The OH BB dogs will compete for OH in Group immediately after Regular Group Judging. 9. Should e Regular Group 1st dog be OH en it will be automatically OH in Group. 10. If no OH places in e Group (1-4) en all BB OH dogs will be called into e ring for OH Group Judging. 11. If BIS dog is OH, en it will automatically be OH BIS Western Day - Friday Sept. 16 This is our Ten Annual *Western Day* TRAILER PARKING $50 for complete show weekend, $20 per night Please reserve trailer parking when entering dogs or by sending a request and cheque to e person and address below. Owners must abide by e Show Committee placement of e trailers. Hydro & water available on a first come basis. Trailer spots available after 2:00 PM Thursday Sept. 15.
