They also make sounds with their tail feathers. Page 7- They drink nectar from flowers. Page 8- To get enough nectar, they have to visit over a thousand flowers a day. They can eat things bigger than their own heads! Page 7- Small snakes eat insects or eggs. Bigger snakes eat mice and birds. Page 8- A snake uses its tongue to smell. Snakes stick out their tongue a lot. They are just smelling around! Page 9- Pythons are the world s longest snakes. They can measure up to 50 feet long. Page 10- Most snakes are not dangerous.
