CAMPING INFORMATION St. Paul Lutheran Church just west of Pine Grove Mills on Rt. 45 (5 min. from trial site) has offered its parking lot as an overnight camping area with the following Rules and Regulations for Occupancy: 1. NO CHARGE TO CAMP HERE. 2. If arriving Friday night, campers should arrive no earlier than 7:00 PM if camping at the church. The campers must vacate the church parking lot by 7:00 AM each morning. 3. NO hookups no water/electric or dumping at this facility. Must park towards the back of the parking lot especially if running generators all night. Water and Electric use available at trial site (nominal donation). 4. Responsible Dog Ownership Manners must be observed with regard to clean up. 5. All trash must be picked up and brought to the Ag Progress show site grounds for disposal in dumpster behind Special Events Building. (top of the hill on Main St.) 6. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified or excused by a judge, or barred from competition by action of the Trial Committee. Request must be submitted to trial secretary one half (½) hour or more prior to judging. A written physician excuse or vet excuse on official letterhead will be the only acceptable method. All Height divisions will be offered in the Standard classes, the Jumpers With Weaves classes, FAST and T2B classes. Regular Exhibitors may choose to enter their dog in a higher height division than required by AKC, but not in a height division lower than the AKC mandated height. 4 PRIZES We give rosettes for earning a MACH, PACH, PAX, or new titles. We give ribbons for placements and qualifying runs. Those placing MUST earn qualifying scores. MOVE-UP REGULATIONS If a dog earns an agility title before this event, it can be advanced to the next level of competition. However, written notice ( preferred) MUST be given to the Trial Secretary no later than 6PM, the Monday BEFORE the trial. Move-ups will be added to the end of the running order of the class they move up to and every effort will be made to accommodate handlers running multiple dogs in the same class. Day-to-Day moveups will be accepted. Day-to-day move-ups must be performed in writing with the Trial Secretary at the trial site prior to the close of trial each day. RULES AND REGULATIONS Obstacles used by the Mt. Nittany Dog Training Club meet the specifications in the current edition of Regulations for Agility Trials. NOTE TO EXHIBITORS Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. NEW Simplified Jump Height Card Process When filling out the entry form, there is a new section at the top of the form for exhibitors to designate whether your dog has a valid jump height card or if your dog needs to be measured. Please check the appropriate box so that the Trial Secretary knows whether to include your dog on the Dogs To Be Measured List. 7 Wait List for Withdrawn Entries after the Closing Date/Time Mt. Nittany Dog Training Club is offering a Wait List to fill openings created by withdrawn entries after the trial's closing date/time. A maximum of 10 entries will be placed on the club's wait list. All entries, including wait listed entries, must be received by the Trial Secretary prior to April 20, 2012, at 5 p.m. Any entries withdrawn that are received by 6 p.m. on May 7, 2012, will be replaced by a wait listed entry if any are available. If a withdrawn entry is replaced by a wait listed entry, a full refund will be issued for the withdrawn entry.
