Tops, Sets and Frame hangers require a Joe Boxer adhesive logo sticker. 17 ORDERING PROCEDURES & NON-COMPLIANCE CHARGES ORDERING PROCEDURES STEP 1 STEP 2 Vendor receives merchandise purchase order from Kmart Buyer. The following information is required on the order form prior to approved hanger manufacture processing order: Ship To and Bill To address hanger style number hanger order quantity child resistant sizer quantity size(s) to be printed on child resistant sizer(s) adhesive logo sticker quantity (if required) foam cover quantity (if required) date hangers/sizers/stickers needed copy of Kmart merchandise purchase order Vendor FAX s or s completed form and copy of Kmart merchandise purchase order to approved Kmart hanger manufacturer directly for hangers/sizers/logo stickers. To eliminate unnecessary delays in the shipment of your merchandise, our policy is place your hanger/sizer/logo sticker orders with an approved supplier within 30 days after confirmation of the Kmart merchandise purchase order to allow enough lead time for receipt of your order. 19 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS QUESTION: Who pays for the hangers, child resistant sizers and logo stickers? ANSWER: It is the vendor's responsibility to pay for all hangers, child resistant sizers and logo stickers. QUESTION: How do I obtain the correct hanger style # for the merchandise? ANSWER: The Kmart Buyer is responsible for informing the vendor of the correct hanger style which will be provided on the merchandise Purchase Order and T. D. Vendor Market Packet QUESTION: Are adhesive logo stickers required on hangers? ANSWER: Yes. Adhesive logo stickers are required for some of Kmart s private label programs. The Kmart Buyer is responsible for informing the vendor if an adhesive logo sticker is required on the hanger style you are using for your merchandise. QUESTION: Are color coded sizers required on all hangers? ANSWER: Yes. Color coded sizers, embossed lettering on all lingerie hangers only. Color coded sizers, black printing on all other hanger sku s QUESTION: Who do I contact with procedure questions or to confirm the proper hanger SKU # to utilize with the garment(s) placed on order? ANSWER: Questions regarding hanger procedures or the proper hanger SKU # for your merchandise should be directed to your Kmart Buyer. QUESTION: Who do I contact with hanger, sizer or logo sticker delivery issues? ANSWER: Please work directly with the Kmart approved hanger company you have placed the order with. QUESTION: Is it my responsibility to use only Kmart's approved hanger suppliers? ANSWER: Yes. Hangers will be checked during the normal Kmart Distribution Center receiving inspection for verification of approved hanger and proper sizer color. Failure to ship merchandise on approved hangers/sizers, will result in rejection of delivery, return of goods or replacement of proper hangers by our Distribution Centers or stores.
