3 JUDGES Mr Nick Tricarico GCCFV ACF Nick is an All Breeds judge with the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (Aust & Victoria) Inc, (GCCFV) which is currently affiliated with the Australian Cat Federation (Inc). Nick completed Group 2 in 1999 and Group 3 in 2002, followed by Group 1 in Nick s breed interest is the British Shorthair and with his wife, Cathy, they have been exhibiting and breeding this breed since 1994 under the prefix of Bevington. They specialise in the colours of Orange- Eyed White, Black and Blue. They have bred a number of Best in Show and Cat of the Year winners, and were GCCFV Group 3 Breeder of the Year winners in Nick has undertaken numerous local and interstate assignments as well as New Zealand. He has judged at the Co- ordinating Cat Council of Australia (CCCA) National Shows in Brisbane in 2004 and Melbourne in 2007, the World Cat Congress Show in Melbourne in 2010, as well as the New Zealand National Show in Outside of the cat fancy, Nick is a qualified Social Worker and he has been married to Cathy for over 38 years. They have a son, Adam, and a granddaughter, Emily, now aged 6 years. Mr Greg Little CAT ACF Greg is an All Breeds judge with the Cat Association of Tasmania (Inc) which is currently affiliated with the Australian Cat Federation (Inc) Greg obtained his Group 3 licence with the Feline Control Council of Victoria in In 2001 Greg and his wife, Gillian, moved to Tasmania and joined the Cat Association of Tasmania (Inc) where he qualified as a Group 1 judge in 2005, followed by his Group 2 licence in 2008, becoming an All Breeds Judge. Greg and his wife started off in the cat world in 1981 showing and breeding Siamese and Orientals after many years in the pedigree dog world, in Greg s case from the age of 4. Greg and his wife obtained their first Abyssinian in 1985 and bred under the Devaraja prefix until They currently own a Japanese Bobtail, and bred Norwegian Forest Cats in a small way under the Asgard prefix. Although no longer breeding, they do still show their Norwegian Forest Cats on occasions. Greg has judged in Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, the Northern Territory, Malaysia and New Zealand. Greg is currently the President of Cat Association of Australia. 3

5 LIFE MEMBERSHIP Life Membership is bestowed upon a person who has given service to the Club that is considered over and above the normal sense of duty. Cat Fanciers Club of Tasmania (Inc) take pleasure in bestowing this honour on Ms Lesley Morgan in recognition of her loyal and dedicated service to the Club over many years. Lesley had been involved in Cat Fanciers Club of Tasmania in varying roles, almost since its inception in However in 1999 Lesley stepped into a caretaker role at the request of the club members. Over a fifteen year span, Lesley has served on the committee, usually as President, and frequently with a very miniscule committee. Throughout this time Lesley has continued to put on two shows each year, and kept the club in a financially viable position. Without the commitment of Lesley, there is little doubt that Cat Fanciers Club of Tasmania (Inc) would not have continued to exist. 5
