Team up with us for a fun-filled filled financially successful event. Receive discounted tickets, sell them at our face value, and keep the difference for your cause! We want to make this event as exciting & easy as possible for your organization! Fundraising -Choose a Rock Cats home game to schedule your event on -Receive discounted tickets to the date of your choice -Sell them at our face value -No ticket minimum (start with an amount you feel comfortable with) -Keep half the difference from the sold tickets for your organization -Opportunity to raise additional funds during the game -NO MONEY REQUIRED UP FRONT Awareness There are several ways to create awareness during a Rock Cats game. The more money you raise for your organization the more awareness you will receive!

Fundraising Ticket Options General Admission Tickets General Admission seating here at the ballpark is great for larger organizations who are selling tickets to the general public or businesses. General Admission seating is open seating. The Rock Cats will assign your group a section (201 201-203, 203, or 213-215 215) to sit in and your group members can sit anywhere in that section. Open seating makes distributing tickets easy for the group because they don t have to worry about making sure all the tickets are in the same row when distributing tickets to a family. Sell the tickets at our face value, $5.00 per ticket, keep $2.50 per ticket! Reserved Tickets Reserved Seating here at the ballpark are the Rock Cats most popular seats for groups. The Reserved seats are an exact seat located in Sections 204 212. Reserved Seats stretch from the 1 st Base Line to the 3 rd Base Line going around Home Plate. Reserved seating are assigned seats that guarantees that your group will sit together for a great night out of family fun. Sell the tickets at our face value, $8.00 per ticket, keep $4.00 per ticket!

Added Benefits! Creating Awareness at the Stadium On-Field Ceremony The Rock Cats would like to honor an individual or members of your organization as you see fit. This is a wonderful way show appreciation towards those who have gone above and beyond and mean a lot to your organization. During the on-field ceremony your organization will receive PA and Video Board Recognition on our state-of of-the the-art video board located in center field. Tabling On The Concourse Set-up at a table in our concourse to promote your cause to the thousands of fans in attendance. Collect donations as well as distribute brochures and information. Also, your organization has the opportunity to conduct a prize drawing to raise additional funds and collect names of people you can later reach out to. PSA & Video Board Recognition Provide your logo for the Rock Cats Video Board and a Public Service Announcement to draw attention to your organization. Also, provide information about upcoming events explaining how our fans can get involved!

Added Benefits continued Ceremonial First Pitch Honor an individual involved with your organization or your cause during our First Pitch Ceremony. Celebrate your organization by having this individual throw out a Ceremonial First Pitch from the Rock Cats pitching mound! Web Site Recognition The Rock Cats want to recognize your organization on our web site s Community Page and/or Upcoming Events Schedule! This will provide information about your organization's Rock Cats fundraiser, upcoming events, & ways for fans to make donations to your charity! Operate A Concession Stand Either on the game your organization chooses to come out on, or on another night of your preference, volunteers from your organization can operate a concession stand. 10 or 14 volunteers are REQUIRED depending on if you choose the smaller or larger stand. Your charity will receive 9% of all your stand s sales (once taxes are taken out) from the night!

Ticket Coupon Books Sell Rock Cats General Admission ticket coupon books at charity events, through e-mail offers and on your organization s web site to businesses, family, friends and general public! -Each coupon book includes 10 G.A. vouchers to be used at any home games through season. -Purchase the coupon books from the Rock Cats for $30 per book. -Sell the coupon books for face value, ($50 per book) and make $20 off each sold! -Perfect gift ideas for family & friends while supporting a great cause! Please note: The Rock Cats coupon book fundraiser is to be used in addition to a ticket fundraiser to help you raise more money for your organization. Group Picnic Sell Rock Cats group picnic tickets and enjoy a complete night out at an exciting Rock Cats baseball game with friends and family, all while raising money for a great cause! -The picnic package includes both the game ticket and picnic ticket. -The picnic will take place in the Bullpen BBQ area, located outside the ballpark, unless all picnic areas inside are NOT sold out. -Sell the General Admission tickets for $20 each & make $8 per ticket! Sell Reserved tickets for $20 each & make $6 per ticket! -The picnic will begin 90 minutes prior to game time and will run for the entire 90 minutes. -Menu includes: hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, watermelon, soft drinks, and water.

The Rock Cats will also provide you with different ideas proven successful to other non-profit organizations. Rock Cats Provide Order forms, flyers, posters and tickets upfront at no cost to your organization! Fundraising Ideas Divide the team into two groups and create a friendly competition Everyone who buys a ticket enters a raffle to throw out a first pitch Partner with a business(s) to help you sell tickets Designate each member to sell a specific amount of tickets Include a ticket in your price for registration at any events you have prior to the game Rock Cats Entertainment As Sales Tool We can send our mascot, Rocky the Rock Cat, to any events you may have prior to your Rock Cats fundraiser to help promote your Rock Cats event. This is a great way for people at your other events to make additional contributions to your organization by purchasing Rock Cats tickets to your fun-filled filled event at the ball park!

Rock Cats Policies The Rock Cats fundraising policies are designed to help non-profit organizations raise money and keep the fundraising process as easy as possible. The policies listed below are flexible and can be changed to benefit the organization. Your overall experience is most important to us! Tickets On Hold The Rock Cats will place an assigned number of tickets on hold for you. If your tickets are provided on consignment, the Rock Cats will print and mail the assigned number of tickets for you to begin selling them. If your fundraiser is based off of flyers, all purchased tickets will be left at Will Call to be picked up the day/night of the game. You will provide us with a list of names in advance for all tickets sold and we will separate the tickets accordingly. Selling Your Tickets Use the flyers, order forms, and posters the Rock Cats provide to help you sell your tickets. Should you choose, the Rock Cats can provide you with tickets on consignment as well. Two Weeks Notice Please let the Rock Cats know an exact number of tickets needed two weeks before your event (more tickets can be added on after the two weeks). If you already have your tickets, please plan to return any unsold tickets two weeks prior and continuously update the Rock Cats on your progress. Payment Please submit payment two weeks prior to the game. The Rock Cats will charge you accordingly based on the number of tickets you sold. If tickets are sold after the two week mark, we will provide you with an invoice for the additional payment once it has been collected. No Money Up Front You don t have to pay us until two weeks before your event, after you ve collected money from your ticket sales unless you purchase a ticket fundraising package as an investment. Your organization will make all the money back from the investment, plus double the amount, after all of the tickets or ticket vouchers are sold!
