SCA/OCA JOINT SHOWS. June 17 TH 2017 Dr Bruce Bennett. An enjoyable and relaxed event, smoothly run by Irene, John and Harry, assisted ably by Clare to all of whom my congratulations for a job well done and thanks for their invitation to take part. Maggie Birchall stewarded for me most efficiently and was a most congenial companion on the day; many thanks Maggie. At the SCA Best in Show event I was privileged to meet a number of splendid exhibits, choice in the Oriental section falling on a stunning Male Neuter Oriental Longhair Cinnamon Spotted Tabby, Baxter s I GR PR PIPPASTRO I HAVE CINNED with dazzling green eyes and a beguiling temperament quite at odds with his name, and in the Siamese Section on a delicious Lilac Tortie Pointed lady of super type and coat, Miller s CH PASHTAN VAVAVOOM, very beautiful, well named, who was in the mood for a bit of sinning, and whose meltingly lovely eyes and expression clinched her place as the overall Best Exhibit. In the similar event in the OCA Show I met a splendid Oriental Black Bicolour, Simpson s ATHELSTAN INCOGNITO, with terrific head type, wonderful green eyes and well set ears, a long lithe adolescent body and eye-catching high white pattern whom I was glad to choose as Best Oriental Adult, and I note that he went on to become Best Oriental. Congratulations to all. SCA CLASSES. HAVANA ADULT. BoB. HIRST S CH TOGHAR JHANANDRA. F. (OSH b) 1 yr 0 mth. (See OCA Grand Class). ORIENTAL SELF SHORTHAIR BREEDER S ADULT.
