Animals that live in the rainforest Some of the rain forest animals can blend in to their habitate. These are some animals that live in the rain forest Some of the animals go in packs or are good at camouflage.

Continents where my habitats is found The amazon is in Brazil near the amazon river. This is a rain forest in Brazil.

Interesting facts about the rain forest More than 80 Indian tribes have died from sicknesses. Crocodiles have body parts close to there throat that keeps there eye wet. All the rain forest are close to the equator that's why there always hot. This is an Indian camp.

Physical description of a snake Snakes lay 10-100 eggs a time. Snakes have pour eye sight so they use smell and feel to get around.snakes are covered in scales and slither around the ground and in the trees. There are 2,700 different species only a 5th is venomous to humans. They have two holes on each side of its head to breath there mouth is used for navigational purpose.

Family of a snake Some snakes don't live with family they only are with other snakes if they're matting or just hatched. Pythons are mostly the ones that are kept for pets because they are not venoms and the easiest to take care of. The babies when they hatch they blend in better with its surroundings.

What snake eat Snakes eat small mammals sometimes small birds, lizards, frogs, mice, rats, chicks, Insects, and snails.this is what snakes eat.

Snakes enemies The snakes enemies owls, fox, crocodiles, large bird. Its color helps it camouflage. When it's born it's born with the color of its surroundings. Snakes have very few predators because they think every snake is venomous.

Interesting fact about snakes A Malaysian kissed a venomous snake 51 times in 3 minutes in 2006. All Snakes sleep with there eyes open to watch for predators. Half of the species of snakes are endangered.

WHAT TREE FROGS EAT Tree frog eat flies, crickets, moths, grasshopper, and even smaller frogs.

Tree frogs enemies Tree frogs enemies are bats, owls, snakes, toucans, tarantulas, and young alligators.

Ants are insects and some ants can camouflage all ants have diffrent colors and diffrent height and weight. Ants have holes connected to a network of tubes. Ants can run very fast because they have six legs.

Ants family The queen ant can lay 3,000 eggs and ants live in ant colonys. They are never cared for because they have a lot of work to do. The life span of an ant is a egg, larva, pupa, ant.

What ants eat All ants are omnivore. They use their mandible to crush their food. Ants almost eat anything because they eat everything that they can fit in their mouth. Ants can find their food everywhere.

Ants enemies Some animals that eat ants are spiders, people, coyotes, ant eaters, and other ants. Ants protect them selves by fighting back with their poison sacks or stingers. Ants can run very fast. Some ants can camouflage them selves.

Facts about ants first fact The ants move the larva and the eggs to the bottom of the nest at night to keep them warm and in the morning they move the eggs and larva to the bottom of the nest. second fact The common black ants and wood ants have no sting but they can squirt a spray of formic acid. third fact The leaf cutter ants are farmers they cut out pieces of leaves which they take back to their nest they chew them into pulp and a special fungus grows on it then they eat the fungus off of the leaf.

Camouflage- an organisms ability io blend in with the environment. Equator- the circle of the earth that runs from north to south. Habitat- a environment for living things and for plants and animals. Omnivores- an organism that eats both meat and plants. Scale- a thin skin on some animal. Slither- to move by going going side to side. Survive- to remain living after something bad happened. Venom- poison produced by snakes and spiders usually passed into a victims body. Poison- a substance that causes illness or death if put into your body. Predator- an animal that hunts other animal for food. Pulp- a soft wet mass, often produced crushing something.
