Hi, I am Lucky and it's been a tough life, but I am ready to find my forever lap! I am around 8-yearsold and came to rescue with those nasty heartworms. The shelter knew I would not be adopted with heartworms, so they found Russell Rescue to help me and I am now healthy and heartworm FREE! I like to believe I am a fun, chill guy. My name is Joey and I m looking for a fantastic forever home. I was found on Sidbury Road in Castle Hayne, hungry and full of ticks. Luckily, I heard dogs barking, and I went to investigate. I'm just a wee bit of a Chihuahua girl who loves long walks and exploring the outdoors with my foster siblings. Everyone says I'm sweet and silly for being a senior gal of 12-years. Even though I'm housetrained, I don't mind spending time in my crate. While I am rather sociable, I prefer my own space when I am dining.
