Our history AT LLC Sumskiy Becon is the turkey meat production company, which was founded in 2006. It is situated in Krovne village, Sumy district, Sumy region. Krovne village Sumy Our mission is to meet people's nutritional need in healthy turkey meat products of high quality. It is achieved by using of modern technology together with the high-productive breeds of poultry and professionalism of the company staff. Our products are successfully sold in most regions of Ukraine under the brand Svoya indychka. Optimal production of turkey meat and semi-finished meat were achieved. 2006 AT LLC Sumskiy Becon was founded on the base of the poultry complex of growing broiler stock ducks. 2008 2009 The first poultry set. The slaughterhouse was reconstructed and launched. December 2008 start of the industrial processing of turkey. Start product selling in the national retail chains: Fozzi, Silpo, ATB, Metro Cash & Carry, Varus, Velyka kyshenya,. 2013 ISO 9001:2008 ISO 22000:2005 Company was certificated under the system of quality management ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 2014 2015 Company was certificated under Halal management system. Deboning meat room and line of products in vacuum and gas mediums were launched.
Our production 1. Purchasing of poultry There are 350,000 heads of poultry grown at the farm per year. One-day turkey poults are delivered from the leading European manufacturers. Delivery of turkeys from hatchery is made by specialized vehicles every 6 calendar weeks. Poults are delivered from a hatchery to a growing area within 24 hours. 5. Packaging 2. Growing 3. Feeding Poultry growing within 30 days. The growing areas are equipped with the feeding, watering, lighting, ventilation and climate control systems. 6. Logistics Process of turkey feeding takes place at the special feeding area within 114-146 days. 4. Slaughtering and processing The balanced natural complete feed and special feeding programs are implemented as well as regular control of feed quality in several independent laboratories is provided. The slaughterhouse is equipped with the high-tech slaughter line, automatic feather picking and evisceration with further cooling. We have our department. own transport Family packaging and block-frozen for wholesale buyers. All vehicles have reefer equipments and GPS system of temperature zones control.
